Took my son and boyfriend with me to purchase a 2015 Forester on Saturday. My previous car was a 2007 Forester, I had done my research, knew my price, and had the down payment. Jordan gave me a price which was fair to both of us.

My son and I picked up our new-to-us car yesterday. The young lady (I'm sorry I don't remember your name, but you said you were born in the same year I was) who took the balance of our payment, provided our receipts, vehicle papers, and warranty was a pleasure to deal with.

My one suggestion for the salesmen is to ask who is purchasing the car. The conversation and questions were directed at my boyfriend.

I had a great experience with this dealership. If you're looking for someone who can really help you, whether you already know or do not know what you want, look for Benjamin. He helped me from the start to finish. I factory ordered my car, and when it came in, he made the transition smooth and easy. He went through all the new car features step by step with me, and warned me of all the "dont's" that might harm the car. I have dealt with other dealerships before and have never received the same time and attention that Benjamin gave me.

I am really glad that we got matched up with Benjamin when I called to make an appointment for a Saturday afternoon test drive (I would definitely recommend doing this if you don't want to wait around for a test drive on a busy day). Benjamin was busy with another client when we came in but he made sure to come over and introduce himself and apologize for the delay. My husband and I had done a lot of research before coming in and knew what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend. There were no hard sells for upgrades or things we didn't need or want. He really made the entire car buying experience a breeze. The process was so smooth from start to finish between Benjamin and Maureen in finance.

An overall excellent experience at Koeppel. The employees are very friendly and our agent Ben was a professional at every step of the way. There's no typical car dealership vibe here. We didn't feel like we were being sold a car. Ben answered all of our questions, was appreciative of our patience while we waited for our vehicle to arrive at the dealer, and worked very hard for us. We're looking forward to what will hopefully be a long relationship with this dealership.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Koeppel Subaru. Benjamin was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and quick! This was definitely a "no hassle" experience which was quite refreshing to find in the auto world. Within one hour of being at the dealership I had chosen my car and Benjamin had worked to get me the deal that I wanted. I picked up my car a couple weeks later. Before I drove off the lot, Benjamin took the time to show me all of the new gadgets the car had to offer, make sure I was comfortable with everything, and filled me up with a new tank. I've had my car for nearly two weeks now and absolutely love it! On a side note, the waiting area there is filled with lots of tasty but somewhat healthy treats :) I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone!

My boyfriend and I came to this shop and we knew right off the bat what we wanted.. The Subaru 2017 Limited. Benjamin was our sales consultant and things didn't go as planned but he was really patient and kind and went above and beyond to help us. Ultimately, he was able to pull some strings, along with the Finance Manager, Maureen, and I'm just super grateful for their phenomenal service!!! Benjamin was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process, making the whole experience much less overwhelming (being that this was our very first lease). Thanks, Benjamin!!! 😬

I am a first time Subaru Vehicle owner and a buyer! I would recommend this place to anyone who is curious about Subaru's safety specifications or someone who is switching over from another model. Kenneth Wu was my Sales Representative, he didn't have to try to pitch anything and let the car speak for itself. I came in for a browser, didn't know if the Subaru 2017 Forester would be my pick, but, Kenneth explained about the Eyesight and collision prevention features I was blown away. Safety is my number ONE reason into choosing my first car. Plus, it has all weather wheels, perfect for all four seasons and for adventure. Kenneth is very knowledgeable and it shows through his confidence representing Subaru.

The team at Subaru was very patience with me, especially Maureen. She is amazing and very knowledgeable as well with financing the vehicle, additional add ons to the car. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience! Thank you so much!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of knowledge and professionalism that I received from Ashley, Maureen and Andy! Ashley was highly perceptive in identifying the vehicle that suited me best and described all of the options in great detail. Maureen was very diligent in describing all available options when it came to financing/leasing, and she fully and accurately answered all of my questions and even made suggestions on how I can save money. Picked up my new Crosstrek today. Koeppel Subaru was great! I walked in in the morning and drove out in my new car 2 hours later! My salesman, Benjamin was awesome as was everyone else at Koeppel. It was a truly pleasant and simple experience. No hard up-sell, no no nonsense. Knowledgeable staff who work hard to get you what you want in an efficient and friendly manner. Highly recommend them!
