All the staff was so helpful in helping me find the right car for me. I am a new driver and they set me up with EVERYTHING. Excellent place to do business!!! Friendly and courteous staff I dealt with Mr. Kevin Watson-Grant and Chris the finance manager and they gave me a wonderful experience at the Nissan dealership. I walked out of a Toyota dealership the day before and I don’t regret it after all. Kevin made it nice and easy with explanation and showed genuine interest to answer all the questions I had before I made my decision to lease 2017 Rogue for my wife. I made myself a new best friend in visiting and purchasing from Teddy Nissan!!!

So I am at teddy nissan and I have bought 3 cars from them and today I had an issue with the maintenance dept I walk in and speak to the guy that asks me what is wrong with my car and as soon as I spoke to him I got the worst vibes from his approach to me he was very dry in the way he gave his approach to customer satisfaction and I felt concerned in actually leaving my car to get evaluated here this is not a good sign of customer satisfaction i hope the mechanics that are here do a better job in making me change my mind about coming back to teddy Nissan for repairs so i hope some one from teddy management reads this and looks in on there satisfaction of customers from there employees they hire ok so I got my car back and I Will say they are good and they are quick but as you see when you get bad service from the get go this reflected the place in a whole I hope teddy Nissan will realize this cause they don't deserve a one star cause as I said before your first impressions will give people a bad taste

i was referred to the number 1 Nissan dealership teddy Nissan by a co worker, i was welcomed with a warm smile by the sales representative Sam i had a very awesome experience.Sam was very knowledgeable about the cars and helped a lot with pricing and helping me understand the different models of Nissan i was interested in. Sam was very helpful and made it very easy for me shop because when i came in i wasn't confident that i will be driving out.Sam reassured me that he could help me and he did.thanks to Sam i was able to drive off the lot with a brand new car. i will be recommending family and friends to teddy Nissan, and i will be back for my next car. Teddy Nissan is the worst worst rip off. I just went there and I'm about to complain them tomorrow morning to consumer affairs. DO NOT buy anything from them. Its a trick to get you in there place. There are other loyal car dealership out there. I'm seriously seriously upset. False advertisement with these letters. It WILL stop.

Nice boss(the boss in charge of Nissan Service). He called and apologize when the service guys left my hood and engine filter cover opened and gave the car to me and claim it was complete. Caution: check your car hood and everything under the hood before leaving Teddy Nissan. Almost damage my engine. And also risk the hood opening whilst driving. Lucky as I was driving slowly because it was raining that.

And when you call for any recall issue, insist to the lady or guy (whoever answers), to let them order for your recall part before they book appointment for you. It was so disappointing to take the day off from work and just to be told, we are sorry, we didn't know anything about your recall(which I had earlier explained to the lady on the phone) who booked me for two weeks and just to be told we don't have your part.

I've been leasing with Nissan since 2010. It seems to me that car companies prefer to offer discounts/specials to new customers only but what about the returning customers?
My wife and I have received a couple of phone calls and emails from Teddy Nissan in regards to a new lease upgrade. We've stopped by Teddy Nissan a couple of times inquiring and were left to dry.. due to our negative equity.
This week we received a phone call from Teddy Nissan's Retention Specialist, Yesenia Toledo, informing us about her great leasing deal and how we can save a lot of money. We explained to her our horrible experience with Teddy Nissan's promises and advised her not to waist our time again. She acknowledged out concerns and reassured us with confidence that we can truly save $200 a month on a New 2017 Maxima.
If you can only imagine I had to go to Teddy Nissan, that same day, and literally upgrade my vehicle. I was so impressed the way the entire team worked because this was the fastest transaction I've ever experienced. They were all respectful, friendly, and professional.
