Kudos to Major World for contacting me; apologizing for my long wait and inviting me to return to the dealer! When I went back, I was pleasantly greeted by the original salespeople; a sales manager, and service manager! All took the time to explain every step of the process and we made the deal in a reasonable amount of time!

Went to see Johnny and Speedy being stupid and bought a Maxims. I am very happy with my car. They gave me great service and attention. They also gave me a great price.

Wow what an awful experience I had. I went there all d way from Jersey City to buy a car and when I reached there, they told me that the car is not even running, I should have brought a mechanic with me to check it. Website price says &4,900 and the sales manager said if u like it I can give it to you in $3,500. Such a big difference between prices. So it’s just to fool people and cal them at their property and then give them useless options. Felt like cheated. Never had such bad experience with any other dealer in NY or NJ. Do not recommend this place at all. They do not have any co-ordination amongst their sales team and tele callers or those who answer d phone. Bad Bad dealership. Just show off and nothing else.

My experience at Major World is a very unique one. I went to trade in my old car and got out with a new and cool car. Love the patience, dedication, and character of the sales consultant, Romulo P, that helped me throughout the process of selecting the best option of car and as well the paperwork. I truly thank him and recommend him to customers who are not only looking to have a good experience but also an exceptional purchase/car.

Salesmen Naz and Richard did a great job getting me a car to fix my credit. I wasn't able to get the truck I wanted however despite my terrible credit they still managed to work with me and get me a car. They were very helpful and friendly. Worked quickly and efficiently. Thanks guys 4/5 stars. It was very busy. And waiting for my insurance to pick up the phone (while super hungry) was terrible. Other than that great dealership friendly sales associates.

Best experience I've had for a first time buyer! The staff was very helpful, informative and welcoming. Since I knew exactly what I was looking for, management made it a breeze showing me my options and giving me estimates on the financing prices. Definitely recommend!

This is the disgusting place and people ever seen.. worst customer service seen.. after a car is finalized with a test drive and signed documents they sold the car to other customer. Think before you go there They will cheat you.. even though all the cars has damages,scratches without warranty people come here with trust but these guys literally cheating even after you sign documents When i spoke the same with manager they are very careless and doesn't care customer time.. please be aware and do not go here,they doesn't care your time or money.. or else you will end up with regret until you sell the car which you bought from this place..

Went in late May, 2016 to potentially trade in a car and buy another. There was nothing structurally or mechanically wrong with the car I was trading in (which Major World personnel acknowledged to my wife and me) so we felt good about it getting a good return. It didn't. And that wasn't the worst part. The worst part was that after an hour and a half on their grounds, we never saw a car.
After arriving at the lot, we were herded into a large room with clipboards and sales personnel and everyone else interested in seeing a vehicle. Not sure if that was standard practice or divine intervention that day, but that's what we got. We filled out a number of forms and were invited to speak with an associate who went over financials with us. Mind you, several times we indicated that we were not committed to buying and really wanted, more than anything else, to JUST LOOK AROUND. Didn't matter. Still hadn't seen a car. We were asked to show our trade and we did. Once their assessor got his lunch and while he ate it, he inspected our car and finally offered WELL BELOW book value for a trade in its condition - this, mind you, before we ever saw a car. To this day, I can't tell you whether there was anything there we would've wanted or not; nor did there seem to be any interest from Major World personnel in showing it to us. They seemed hyper-focused on the financials and perhaps forgot that we didn't go there to expose our accounting practices. We were hoping to get another car. We ultimately ended up going to a LI dealer where a sales person focused on our goals (both related to budget and our vehicle preference) and let us see actually carsone of which we bought. It was really cool!
Maybe folks who love the Major World experience just never had one better or anything to compare it to. Maybe our experience was an exception. Who knows? The bottom line: they didn't get anything right that day. But the dealer where we ultimately made a purchase has my business for the long term.response / report this review -

Wonderful experience at Major World when I went 2 weeks ago. I went in with my husband to just look around and we came to fall in love with a car we saw. At first I was a little skeptical with pricing and financing options offered to us but then once we spoke to a manager he explain everything thoroughly and from there it went smoothly. Now we are very happy with our car and I will be taking my sister next week. Great referral program offered from them as well :-).

I Had great help at major world with looking for a decent car used car. Salesmen both Bryan and Federico was excellent in the service to me. They found what was in my budget and was very patient and helpful. I really appreciate the help from both of them. My car is great and I recommend this place to look for used cars.

Absolutely horrible and deceptive business. The positive reviews have to be fake. I set an appointment to meet with Jed about a 2015 Honda Accord sport. Pictures looked great online, car looked to be in great condition. When I show up the car is wrecked. I asked the salesman why would you guys put up fake pictures. He responded "because you wouldn't come in if we put up the real ones." Would mot recommended to anyone. Find a car elsewhere.

They will offer you the moon and the stars in the moment, but good luck reaching them thereafter. We purchased a vehicle and they added the warranty. We didn't want the warranty, but they stated we had to wait at least 30 days to cancel it (Aka they needed to wait for the commission payment on that add-on to hit before we canceled). Reluctantly, we waited. Trying to reach them to cancel it? Nearly impossible. Paola and Jackie would keep the calls looping and on hold until they eventually dropped. This process went on for quite a while. We eventually had lost our patience and had enough so we came and dealt with it in person. The issue? One letter off on the VIN in the paperwork (which they prepared, mind you). Something they could've easily told us about and rectified over the phone in 30 seconds, took us an hour and a half drive one way and $16 in toll to resolve. Absolutely ridiculous that we had to go so far out of our way to deal with this. How do you run a business and keep paperwork like this lying around and not even bother to reach out to us or answer us when we call. We definitely won't be back.

Experience: Excellent! Being a young woman purchasing a vehicle can be pretty intimidating. My sales Associate Roman was extremely patient and accommodating to both my requests for price and make, model etc. I found something I liked within my price range and the quality of service from the entire staff is beyond my sassy expectations. Polite, kind and informative. So grateful for the experience.

Fantastic service, as soon as I was pulled into the parking lot I was greeted by a friendly salesmen named Roman and we got straight to business. He was very realistic with my options knowing my situation, was relentless with finding a car that suited my needs. I am very picky, and he was extremely patient with me. After finding the perfect car for me he worked with everyone and every possibly situation to get me approved for the best amount, then recommended me to the Allstate insurance rep right across the lot. Dante was extremely friendly and charismatic, eager to help us with everything with a smile on his face! Highly recommend these two individuals for an amazing experience !
