For twice now, I went to the dealer to get service done and I get out either over-charged or the car is worse than before the service.
I used to think they know what they are doing and have been going there for most of my car services but now I'm sure that the only thing they are becoming good at is to rip money off you in any way possible.
I will have to go to another dealer or mechanic to get my car checked for what they did.
Don't go there!!!

I came here to browse around to see the cars on the floor. I was immediately approach by one of the salesman who was very helpful and informative. He was able to answer all of the questions I had about the cars. I was even offered a cup of tea while i looked around. The dealership was open til 9pm which is unusually later than the many dealerships in the area. They also service cars on the side

I leased new Corolla recently and was helped all the way by salesperson Vlad, who did his best to make the experience as painless as possible. He supervised delivery of the car, took special care to speed the process. Provided me with tips and help regarding the vehicle.

I dealt with Ray and Juan over at the used car dept. I had a fantastic experience with them. I told Ray what I needed, my budget and they delivered. Very happy with my car and my experience. I even entered a raffle an won an iPod touch!! I was almost in tears!!

Typical bad dealer. Will always go to the back “to speak to the manager” about the best deal, which is typically not a deal. This place is worse than Bay Ridge Honda in their obnoxious attitude. Last time I was there they didn’t want to haggle on price despite competitors offering similar cars with more options and less monthly price. Skip this one. I hear the Jersey Toyota dealers are more willing to work with you.

I visited your establishment last week, I was selling my Toyota, I am 77 and felt it was time to let go. I had the most amazing experience. I was helped by Dorothy and the appraiser ( I believe his name was Charlie). They went out of their way to be of help. They are efficient and friendly and made the whole process a breeze. You are lucky to have them. I have been singing their praises to my friends. Toyota, you rock! I enjoyed being a customer. My daughter is still a customer and a very satisfied one.

I bought my car here Price listed
$21995 and the salesperson Mark charge me
$500 for 128 points inspection which was
Already include in the price.
$500 for paperwork went in dealer is 75
$995 Gap Insurance for 5 years
$1500 express system theft deterrent system
$500 for cosmetic interior
$500 for cosmetic exterior
$795 for Rims and tire for Used cars
$75 paperwork again.
$375 licence and registration
$190 gap Insurance for 60 months
I asked the salesperson to remove all the extra protection and he refused
He told me that if I am not take all this i Will be charge 16.90% annual percentage rate.
If you don't take all the extra you don't take the car.
They take advantage of people the want

Toyota is nice and good Car
But be ready to se No to all the extras that you don't Need$21995

I am happy with my car but don't let this happen to you.
Always Ask someone with experience to help you buying car.

i took my friend to this location recently. The sales person was extremely horrible. He never wanted to help us. All he wanted is to go his way. Listen, if you have an option. Look for another Toyota dealership. this place has changed so much since 2012. Plus, they have nothing in showroom.

I dealt with some really good dudes there. They have some excellent cars on the lot and they put in a lot of work to make sure that you're satisfied with the sale.

I read a lot of negative reviews about overcharging when I went in, and, I was apprehensive about the price i was given at first but upon closer scrutiny and a little negotiation, the numbers checked out.. good buy

Bought a car there in the 90s and was not treated very well. Service department was not very responsive. Recently went with my daughter to buy her first car. Service was terrible. I drove up to Northampton Mass where my daughter was living and bought the car locally. The whole process took two hours and my daughter had the car the same day. The experience was night and day. Service people in Brookyn seem to try to guess who are the real customers vs the lookers. They also are not very interested in creating customer loyalty, In Northampton the service staff was very professional and was concerned with creating customer satisfaction. In Brooklyn just looking to make the sale at the highest price possible.

I recently purchased new Toyota RAV 4 from Bay Ridge Toyota and I have to say this was an incredible experience. Salesman Lenny took his time to address all my questions and explained the whole process. He described every option and explained every function in great detail. I never thought that buying a car could be so "painless" and rather pleasant experience. Everyone who I have encountered at this dealership was very polite, attentive and highly professional. I will definitely recommend this establishment to everyone I know.

My mothers retired and asked for my help to replace her car. The experience and professionalism beginning with the first call and final appointment was world class through and through. They took great care to understand my mothers needs and answer all of her questions.
Anthony assisted us, gave us an amazing quote on the lease term and upon signing the lease, we were given a full review of the car. Since this was a lease return and new pickup, Anthony even assisted us in putting in my sons car seat, since my mom watches him. They really go above and beyond and my mother LOVES her gorgeous new Rav4.
There is no where we would ever consider getting our Toyota from. Bay Ridge Toyota is the BEST!
