My car was totaled & since my family has been coming here for years with exceptional service, I knew right where to come when I needed a good quality car at a reasonable price. Mike D. really made the process simple and easy. I truly appreciate the hospitality he extended to my daughter as well. I will definitely be returning for the next family car! Thanks Mike D!!

Called twice to make an appointment on Sunday to see a car. I specifically told the customer service rep that it takes me two hours to get there. She told me to come down, that the car is available. Once I arrived, a “supervisor” had taken the car home and wasn’t coming back today. Not sure if the owner is aware of how his “supervisors” handle the business. They didn’t only disappoint me and wasted my whole Sunday but also lost any business and referral I could have given them. I even had the money for the down payment with me. Never going back there again.

I went to a dealership before I came to queens auto mall and put a down payment on another vehicle that I was shaky about. Jerry greeted me from the door and he assisted me with everything showed me about 5-6 different cars until I got excactly what I wanted a BMW 3 series all white!!!!! The finance department helped me the same moment. People that had nothing to do with my sale was helping me as well and they honestly didn't have to. It was an amazing experience giving this is my first car. I signed for it the same day with no pressure it made me forget about my other deal simply off their customer service.

I hate car shopping and I was glad our sales rep Ray was very straight up and honest from the very jump. We acknowledged he had another deal on the same car we wanted and was able to drive out another one with less miles for same price!! I heard how the other sales reps were speaking to their customers and it made us admire Ray even more at how knowledgeable and informative he was.

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!!
If you're looking to buy a used car, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT purchase, or finance a vehicle from them, I'm suffering now because of it. They recently sold my girlfriend a 2008 vehicle that had FIXABLE problems that's impossible not to see if you inspect the vehicle. Her being a first time buyer, she didn't know what to look out for, but I noticed right away that the vehicle had a substantial leakage problem, when they had the mechanic named Nick SO-CALL look at the car he tried to tell us the leak was somewhere else, and when I spoke to the manager Ray (crook) they gave me nothing but the run around. Long story short, DO NOT finance a vehicle if you haven't test driven it, and brought your own mechanic there to inspect the car, especially from these guys. My mechanic have told me about his experiences doing work for them, and says they're crooks who run their business crooked, they're cheap, and will sell a vehicle that have problems as long as it passes New York State Lemon Laws. Believe me when I say you DO NOT want to do business with these guys. If you want details reply with your email, and I'll give you full details as per my experience. Do not believe these ratings, they're reviews that was given right before purchase, every post purchase review is 1's. I've never seen so many 5s in a review, so those 5 reviews are fake. Came in for a CX-5, and working with Nick, ultimately we found wasn’t the best me. Nevertheless we found something better and Nick was great to work with. He make the process less painful than I was expecting. I’ll admit, Queens Auto Mall is one of the better dealers in the city. No pressure to buy unnecessary things. I’ll recommend them, and Nick specifically, to anyone.

My salesman, Carlos was the worst. He was smoking while we looked for cars. He wasn't aware of his inventory. I know for a fact he didn't know my name. Only good thing is that they have a decent inventory. They push for financing, even if you have cash. Any price listed on website is not the price. Read all fine print.

My wife and I purchased our dream car from here a few days ago the salesman Hans was great. He was extremely helpful and honest. He provided the best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend queens auto mall to anyone. Good service! Good people and the cars are in pretty good condition. I just wanna thank brother man Santana for the help and the insurance guy his name is kinda complicated but he got us a great deal no regrets just congrats for me and a lot of appreciation.

After comparing other dealers and doing my online research- I chose Queens Auto Mall for their straight forward no nonsense approach to car sales. Got a fair price which match with what I had estimated. All the team members were courteous and professional especially my sales person Ray!

Ray helped us choose a great family truck for trips. The vehicle has good mileage, is in excellent condition and we are satisfied with our purchase. We really appreciate his help. He really represented Queens Auction very well. We wish more places had more front-line workers like him. I have no problem recommending this place to others.

Purchased a car from these guys 3 years ago and received a follow up from my salesman Ray couple weeks ago!!! I ended up upgrading my vehicle to something way better with a insweet interest rate!! It's amazing how he still had me as a contact to even reach out after the fact!! 5 stars and more to these guys especially Ray!

This dealership was top notch! Ray went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the truck I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a truck the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Queens Auto (Ray in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.
