It was a real pleasure to buy my car from Bical. They were patient, honest and genuinely excited about my car buying experience!
Did not have to wait to long, they gave me a same day appointment, althought i did reserve the appointment on line first. Sitting area very clean, free coffee and everyone is very pleasant.
Absolutely the worst place to get your car fixed. I went there with a 2007 (not a late model) and these guys are clueless about electronics and how to program a vehicle (remote start) using the GM Tech2 and GM's WebTS system. Then they tried to overcharge me by $200 over their advertised price. They didn't even know the service was advertised on their own web page for $200 less than what they quoted. Many of the staff are rude as well. Take your business somewhere where they don't make you feel like they are doing you a favor by taking your money. This place is a dump.
So far my experience was good. My issue with my vehicle we're resolved. The only issue that I think can be better is the waiting time. I checked in close to 11 a.m. And wasn't finished with the service until after 2 PM.
The best thing about my experience would have to be the lounge area. The seats were comfortable. The restrooms were within feet. Vending machines were available for snacks and beverages. That plays a big part to make the atmosphere comfortable.
The staff were friendly.
The service must be reserved for their special customers. One star will have to suffice since there are no "negative" stars. I know New York is a fast paced town all about making money, but honesty should still have a place in business. My car was was having trouble and I could not get it back to my home state and home dealer so I was referred to BiCal. Ed Collura lied and said they would take care of the care. I informed him that the car was still under warranty and that I needed to return to my home state and he not so subtlety tried to tell me to have it towed. After waiting 4 days, I discovered that they had not even looked at the car. I had to return and have the car taken to my home dealership. They checked the car AND repaired it in under 4 hours. On a positive note, the gentleman who did the check in process and the check out process was very apologetic and looked like he was an unwilling party to a crime.
Overall satisfied with dealership service. But they need to provide more courteous calls on updating you about your vehicle repairs.
Great Place to go and buy a car new or used. Everyone there is very helpful they explain everything to you and theres no pressure.I bought a cadillac here and I was very glad I bought it and Im glad I bought It here. Also Jason the saleman was great!!!!
We love this place. We already referred this place to friends and family. Me and wife were in and out. Customer service was fast. Michelle was awesome, she did everything to help us out. And so did Jimmy, he definitely helped us out with the financing. We love our new car so much. We have no regrets we contacted Bical Chevy You guys keep up the good work we are one hell of a happy customer.
Waited 4.5 hours for a oil change. They want to change me 165.00 to fix the switch for the headlights that fell inside the dash. If the car's interior wasn't so cheaply made that wouldn't have happened. Also when I bought my car they had one key the salesman said they'd get me another but when I went to get it they said they have no idea what I'm talking about and did not honor! This place is all great until they get your $$$then you're on your own!
I have dealt with that man, Tucci, before. He doesn't keep his word. I have been doing business with Bical since 2002. I have been robbed. In one occasion I spoke to a lady name Dawn (in finance) and she neglected my complaint.
My experience was horrible. I bought a Toyota there and within 2 weeks the brakes were gridding. I called and spoke to Jim (in finance) and he sent me to a shop on Merrick rd. to fix the brakes. 3 weeks later the issue reoccurred. They sent to the same shop and I left the car all day to be fixed. Again, 3 weeks later same problem occurred. To get the brakes finally resolved I took the car to a Toyota dealership. Toyota found out the referred shop from Bical Chevrolet was using aftermarket brakes, they did not install a schims kit, and another part to hold the brake pads( I have written proof from Toyota which I gave to Chris Tucci the manager). Total of about $500 dollars. I spoke to Chris Tucci, and he promised to call back and reimburse me. He did neither. I am going to take these matters to small claim court to get relief. Please don't give bical Chevrolet your business, unless you want grief.
Horrible experience sales lady said car wasn't on site and after all paperwork signed car came and had the one feature " a sunroof" that I asked for and it didn't have. Also they never punched inspection expiration month on my inspection and I got 4 tickets in the matter of two months because these clowns couldn't do the one job they have and punch a date when it expires. Will never get my business again. Horrible
Called in the afternoon yesterday. I was interested in purchasing a 2017 Traverse and was actually shopping around. The receptionist was extremely rude. She put me on hold and didn't even tell me I was going to be put on hold. She had a horrible attitude. I was very polite to her. I asked her for her name she said "the receptionist" I said "I know that I just wanted to know who I was speaking with" she put me on hold again then decided to transfer me to someone else in sales. I wish I could give them a negative 4. Customer service is everything to me. I'm a business owner as well and i could never let anyone make my business look bad. I definitely see what all these people are talking about on these reviews. I'm glad I didn't waste my time coming in. I will take my business elsewhere. Seems like this place needs a major overhaul with there staff. Seriously!!!!!!!
Just bought a car from these guys and i love the car, but the service sucks. Terrance, the sales guy told me that my plates would take two weeks to get. 5 weeks later still no plates. My temp plates actually expired so im driving around with an unregistered vehicle. I kept calling and they kept telling me they would call me be back. When they were selling me the car they were my best friends and called me frequently once i bought the car they were no were to be found. When i finally spoke to Terrance he gave me attitude as if i were annoying him. Very unprofessional. Get your car from another place. If i wouldve know they would act like this i would have found a different car.
