We had dinner reservations at Shula's 347 restaurant for Christmas Day and had a wonderful experience. The lobby of the hotel was decorated beautifully for the holiday. Our experience at the restaurant was wonderful- the service was friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. This was our first experience and we will certainly be back.

Let's start off with a good the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. That's where the good ends are shower did not drain correctly and flooded the entire bathroom and into the rug area of the room. We contacted the hotel front desk and they asked us what room number we are in and they acted like they knew about the flood in that room and only brought us up towels to soak up the wet areas. I will never stay at this hotel again. It sounded like this was an issue that we were aware of and it was unsanitary and an unsafe I was not happy with my stay.

This hotel wasn't a bad deal for the money. The room was clean, comfy, and not too expensive. Everything I need for a quick night stop. I did have an issue with the water temperature, but the staff was able to help out with that when I talked to them. Very friendly service overall.

Room was very nice. Clean. Pillows were soft and bed comfortable. Got a drink refrigerator instead of a refrigerator. You are able to request one. A quirk of the room, when showering, the water never was at a consistent temperature, switch from hot to cold to hot. Was here for a business function.

This hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Positive things first, my bed was comfortable and the location is great. At the top of my list of things they really need to improve is buy new pillows for the beds. Next would be having the option for microwave that's not $10/night. You also have to walk outside the building to access the stairs.

Lovely hotel with adequate parking. Was there for business conference. Conference Rooms seemed small but were clean and updated. Chairs were pretty but hard seats when sitting through a conference. Staff were all very friendly. Bathrooms were clean and kept stocked. Lovely out doors areas to gather.

Terrible rooms. The best part of the hotel is lobby & location. The beds are Murphy beds that come down from the wall. The room offers ZERO setting except the bed. No desk, no chairs, and to top it off the water takes about 10 minuets to warm up. Extremely disappointed 😔

We had a great stay here for a very reasonable rate, they don’t even charge for pets. We ate at Shulas which was right in the lobby. The bathroom was the biggest I have ever seen in a hotel of this level. The surrounding area is nice, too. I would definitely recommend to family and friends staying in the area.

My husband and I had our wedding reception here 14 months ago! What a great choice. Alana, the catering sales manager, was simply wonderful. She was so accommodating and very communicative with me and my wedding planners throughout the process. Things went off without a hitch and our guests had very positive things to say about our special day and cuisine. Alana had a leg injury that weekend, but she didn't let it slow her down one bit. She had her little scooter and was just so helpful, along with the entire Westin staff. She really listened to our wishes and went above and beyond to make things specialIncluding rose petals and cider in our honeymoon suite after the wedding! Overall, great decision to have our wedding reception there. If you're considering it, look no further. Good pricing and GREAT service.

Extremely nice pool and jacuzzi. Not huge but cozy AF. Rooms were really nice too, except the whole leave your key in the slot to keep the power (lights, ac, fridge) on. Nice bar but prices were a bit high, still got lit tho. Beds had a nice bounce to them, if you know what I mean. 5/5 why not

Great hotel. Right off I4. Good dining options inside and outside the hotel. Clean rooms. The building and rooms are (relatively) new and modern. The staff is friendly and attentive.

The staff was always willing to assist you. The hotel was decorated very well. Your room was equipped with everything you needed to be comfortable. Steakhouse and bar was in the hotel. All amenities available at your leisure.

Had a nice dinner at Shula's steaks. Food was very good, service was excellent from being greeted at the front door to service at the table. Have eaten here before and food is always good. Menu prices are reasonable and good choices. Popular place for drinks after work.

Awesome room, stayed in 335. It's in the corner with tons of windows. Beautiful stay and very quiet room. The fact that the hotel has a green energy and water policy to help reduce it's footprint and that's a nice bonus. The bed was by far the most comfortable sleep in a hotel I've had.
