The place was very clean. Staff was incredibly nice and so helpful!
The breakfast buffet had eggs, a meat (sausage or bacon or ham), oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, bread, English muffins, bagels, scones, muffins, and fruits. So, plenty of choices.
They always had fresh water with lemon and coffee available.
The gym was very small. It only had 3 cardio machines and weights. No tv in there.
The pool area was nice but the water is not heated.
There was a picnic table too under a tree. We had a picnic there.
The beds were comfy and had plenty of pillows. The rooms come with a fridge, a microwave, an iron and hair dryer (soap, shampoo, and conditioner). If you have Netflix or hulu, you can watch those on the tv. There's free WiFi. I know there's a washer and dryer in the hotel but I didn't use those.
I would definitely go back and recommend this place.response / report this review -

Stay here for an overnight trip to Orlando during Christmas Holiday, my wife want to meet a you tube star. Was about 20 mintues away from the meet and greet. Looks newly remodel, staff was freindly, and was very worth the price differnt from Orlando hotels. Will use the hotel again if i visit Orlando area again.

Not deserving of the one star but had to click it to be able to post. 0/5 had a confirmed reservation, when we arrived there were no rooms available. To add insult to injury we were charged for the room and to date have not recieved a refund the only contact was a canned apology from one of the managers via email, but zero response about a refund. Don't stay here!

Pretty classic Marriott and SpringHill suites. This is not the newer remodeled room style with the free standing desk facing the bed. A fridge, microwave, and couch are always welcome features of all SpringHill suites. These rooms are starting to age, although things were clean. A fine stay for a less expensive business trip.

Wonderful. Though off the beaten path, and about 35 minutes from most parks it is a wonderful place, lots of tables for free hot breakfast. Just an amazing place, nice pool surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Just not close to any amusement parks

My stay there was very enjoyable. The staff was very attentive and I felt very safe in that area. There were many stores around and the access to food was easy.

It was a nice hotel, but the reserved room (king size bed) was substituted for double Queens. Unfortunately it was during the midst of renovations A strong smell of paint thinner or something similar became apparent within the bathroom, about an hour or so of occupying the room. Another occupant reported the same problem.
Was offered to be put up in another hotel, but having just had surgery, I declined. They refunded us the entire fee for the troubles, which was greatly appreciated. Once everything is done, it should be a great place to stayresponse / report this review -

Just wanted to say ..the young lady named Demi ..and another young lady that works nights they were the most respectful and nice.. ladies I had a problem they help me out !! With no question asked. always had a smile on their face!! very helpful ladies best hotel I've stayed at!!

Great service, and wonderful rooms! This is what you come to expect from a Springhill Suites. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms clean and large, the breakfast full of options, and everything clean and modern. Definitely classified as a "would highly recommend."
