I stayed at this establishment for three nights. They are by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Their free breakfast is cereal and bread. Not to mention they were out of milk and coffee. The tv was horrible. It worked but displayed Everything in green. One of their employees went into my room and took money and a credit card of mine. I can’t get hold of a manager. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Stayed for 2 nights. When we first got there it was 2:37pm they told me out would be $20 to check in early. So I waited outside until 3pm. When I got to the room the window was open and out was gross feeling. Closed the window and realized why, there was a terrible odor in the room that didn't go away the entire time we stayed. Luckily we were barely there, just to sleep. There was no dishes or anything in the kitchen. Trash was piled up inside at the trash can and smelled bad. It was there Friday when we got there and was still there Sunday when we left. I got the room from hotwire for $30 so I didn't complain.you can't beat the price.

The trash build up by the stairs smelled terrible. The hallway was dirty with food flyers and food crumbs. Breakfast was alright. Oatmeal, cereal, bagel etc. Checking in was fast and easy. Same for checkout. They gave great service at the desk. The walls are a little thin so you can hear people walking above you and hear talking in the hallway. Really close to restaurants and Universal Studios.

My experience here has been awesome and would difinitely recommend it to anyone who is visiting Orlando. The management and staff are always welcoming and friendly. In the year that I have made this my home, the staff has become more like an extended family rather than me being a guest in their hotel.

Stayed one night. Decent extended stay, but was odd that the kitchen did not have any dishes. Two plastic cups were available in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable with two feather pillows and two regular pillows. No USB charging ports, standard alarm clock. Breakfast is hailed as "take on the go", however if you are late it still ends.

Place was dated but I didn't pay much through expedia. It had several people smoking out front, loved that. Room smelled musty. The tub was sprayed, I'll assume to hide the dirty. Floor was rolling up. Sheets scratchy, bed skirt torn. Everything dusty. Had some guy bang on the door at 6 in the morning. Seems he was at the right room wrong building. There are 2 extended stays right next to each other.

Worst Extended Stay in Orlando at Major Blvd. Sure the location is super close to Universal. But you have to go to the front counter for everything. Sheets felt nasty and unwashed upon arrival. Had to get new ones the night we got in. Never had housekeeping stop by. So the trash just filled up, and never any new towels until I got them from the front desk. After calling and asking for them and another pillow, then waited an hour and a half. The icing on the cake was constantly asking for someone to come fix the A/C in the room. Which never happened the 3 days I had asked; 4 nights of the worst experience at a hotel to date. Didn't ask for much.

I have never been so disappointed in my life!!! Especially for a hotel located near universal studio, it couldn't suck more. The room was filthy, dusty, could not have been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom smelled urine.when I called the front desk and communicated the findings, I was told to pay for additional housekeeping, after all the money I spent on check in. I told the agent the room is supposed to be cleaned before someone occupies it. There's no excuse. The agent casually mentioned he would tell housekeeping to come by and clean the room. They never did.I really regret booking with them.horrible experience

Stayed at the Orlando Fl and was horrible, The room was dirty there was a lot of cockroach when we opened the door, I tried get another room but the receptionist said me that they didn't have another room, I just left and got another hotel.

Finding this place was a headache, there are way too many Extended Stays in this city lol. This one is even right next to another one. Our one-on-one night stay was pleasant. Breakfast was underwhelming. The beds were a little dirty underneath the fitted sheets; saw multiple hairs etc. Those are my only complaints.

The room smelled weird, loud noises. They did change our room but the other room was the same. They did try their best but not much you can do in an outdated place. I went off the reviews which were good, I guess i expected more. I got a refund for my remaining stay and I booked a different hotel.

For an extended stay hotel, it's one of the best. Great staff, clean rooms. Beds were hard as a rock. If the beds were better this would be 5 stars

While the hotel was convenient to Universal, the stay was not that great. The bathroom smelled like someone had peed on the floor. I went to take a shower in the morning and there was no hot water. I went to the desk to see if there was a problem, I was told that the manager was not in and would not be in for a while, that several people complained about the hot water, but she could not do anything. We all had to take cold showers before heading to the parks. Free breakfast consisted of mini packaged muffins and granola bars, there was no orange juice and the person at the front desk could care less. We never got a resolution to the hot water issue and the Manager refused to compensate us. The room was adequate, but it smelled old. Not very happy at all with our stay. However, we did have fun at Universal Studios.
