I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It's located in a very convenient spot right near i4 and there are shops, restaurants and a park within a couple minutes driving distance. The entire area seemed very clean and nice. I don't really have any complaints about our room at all. The AC worked perfectly, there was a refrigerator and a microwave, and it was pretty roomy. The only thing I did not like about it was the lighting. The room was only lit with lamps and the color of the bulbs was very orange, making it extremely dark inside even during the day. The bathroom lighting was even worse, with the light fixtures very very dim, so that you couldn't even really see in the shower. A very minor issue, really so it doesn't really bother me very much. There was a fitness center, a pool, a hot tub, and a very large outside patio area. Breakfast is somewhat expensive but it is much better than a regular continental breakfast. Again, didn't really have any issues. Great place to stay. Highly recommend it if you are in town for a wedding or just visiting family.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. This hotel will be due for some updates soon.
Pros: Clean rooms, accessible business center with fast internet and complimentary teas and coffee in the lobby every morning. Location was also a plus since it was near to a lot of restaurants.

☹️😠☹️Disappointed in management at this facility! I stayed here the night of November 16, 2017. At @ 5:00 a.m. the next morning I awoke to the smell of electrical wires burning. I had awakened several times throughout the night to a rattling sound that I thought was the fan on the AC unit. When I smelled the burning smell, I immediately called the front desk and asked for maintenance to come, because the smell was coming from the refrigerator, and the smell of hot wires was overwhelming. I was informed that maintenance would not be in until 7 a.m., and asked if I could unplug it. I said I guess. Luckily, my husband was there and could move the refrigerator out from under the cabinet to unplug it, and move it out to the hall so the air would clear in the room. A little before 9 a.m., no one had come to the room or moved the refrigerator. I went to the front desk to convey my disappointment, and was told that the manager would be there at nine. I feel like a full refund was in order for the major inconvenience. Maintenance came after I went to the desk. He looked at the refrigerator, and said he couldn't smell anything. I said because it has been sitting out here since 5 a.m., and has had time to cool. We left the hotel at 10 and the manager still hadn't arrived. He finally called at about noon, and said nothing was wrong with the refrigerator, and was sorry for my disappointment. Rotten tomatoes to the way this situation was handled, and I hope the outlet goes dead when this appliance does this again as it sounded like they were going to put it back into service.☹️I had stayed here the previous Friday night, and enjoyed the room, restaurant, and bar. Therefore, I returned-DOUBT I WILL AGAIN!

My husband and I traveled to Lake Mary to visit family. We were very pleased with the attentiveness of the staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and bar. The burgers, by the way, are very good. They are served on ciabatta bread and are cooked to order. In short, we were made to feel very welcome. We will be back!

Keith and his team are absolutely amazing. I have never received this level of service at the Wyndham Resorts. I am completely shocked by the elevated standards of service here. I don't forsee myself ever staying anywhere else when I am in the area.

Most amazing staff and costumer service ever! The girls working so hard at the front desk during the aftermath of hurricane Irma are immensely sweet. So nice to get a comfy bed, AC, and a fridge and microwave while my house is without power.

The Hilton Garden was wonderful! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made our stay overly comfortable and would do anything asked of them for a guest. I will be returning.

Easy access off I-4, but still away from highway noise. Nice pool area and hot tub. Typical but good HGI all around including breakfast.
