Worst experience ever. Never preferred to guest. Though this hotel is near to Universal studio, Orlando but I recommend to stay somewhere else if you want to enjoy your stay. Front desk staff was rude they did not even allowed breakfast after 9 o clock. very strict and not customer friendly. Rooms were dirty and some fishy smells was there inside room. Door key was not working properly and we called them to come upstairs and then one of front desk guy open it for us. POOR QUALITY MANAGEMENT.

The room smelled awful- No possibility to open a window- had to have the door open to let it get some fresh air to get the smell out.
No luggage storage room!! This is so upsetting- apparently they have place for only one suit case and it is on a first come first served basis. One for the whole hotel?!?
What should I do now? I have 8 hours until my flight and no where to put the luggage at?!?
Stay away - there are other cheap price options.response / report this review -

Affordable place close to Universal Studios
POSITIVE
- Location: Five-minute drive to Universal Studios;
- Free shuttle: Hotel provided free shuttle to Universal Studios;
- 24h reception service: This was very good considering we arrived very late (3:00 AM);
- Free parking: Very important thing, especially if you're coming from Miami where parking can cost you the price of an arm or a leg;
NEGATIVE
- Soundproofing: We could hear every little noise coming from the street;
- Breakfast: Consisted only of coffee, orange juice, and sugar loaded pastries Could be better, but is still better than nothing;response / report this review -

Upon arrival, the door to our room didn't work. We had to wait for maintenance, who arrived pretty quickly. It turns out the lock was out of batteries and I feel as though that issue should have been taken care of prior to arrival. The rooms were clean and orderly, but the Tv had a few missing pixels. The free "breakfast" left a lot to be desired. It wasn't bad for an over night as it was close to Universal, but I wouldn't want to stay for too much longer than that.

The room was just right size for the two double beds and the chest of drawers. Only there one night so didn't mind. Beds very comfortable. Very small bathroom with no external fan so turned into a sauna when shower was used. We were informed that breakfast would be available. Only two tables and four chairs in breakfast area, and breakfast consisted of packaged mini muffins and mini cinnamon buns. A rollaway was supplied on request.

You get what you pay for but it's decently good all around. We had 5 nights there for $50 a night. No microwave was a pain and the air circulation isn't there, so it makes the beds feel damp every now and then. Otherwise the beds are comfy, the room is clean, the shower is nice. It's a good hotel to come back to at the end of your day and get a good nights sleep, and the pool is even decent. The location is nice as well.

Room was fine. Mini fridge is nice. I don't think you can count a few stale mini muffins and coffee as breakfast though. Some fruit or toast or something would have been nice. Also after check out they WILL NOT hold your bags for you. We just needed a few hours to grab some lunch and then come back before leaving but they wouldn't.

The hotel is simple but clean. Very good location. Some receptionists are nice but not all of them. Do not count with the breakfast and also now they do not have the coffee / tea maker in the rooms, what is stated on internet and I was counting on that.

@ check in we inquired about the price to stay one more night the price for that one more night was about the same price as both nights that we were scheduled to be there.For that price we did not stay @ your establishment we just went back home to Tampa. Also your advertised shuttle to Disney was not scheduled till 9:00am and when I told the clerk that the time was too late for our needs and we would drive ourselves he told us that the bus would arrive before the park opened(a physical impossibility because Animal kingdom opened @ 8:00am that day). If we had listened to your clerk we would have missed the opportunity to enjoy the attraction that we specifically went to Orlando to experience.
As for breakfast it did not open till 7:00 also too late since the parking lot opened @ 7:00 & we wanted to be there asap
On check out day we did partake in your offering of breakfast. It was disappointing. It consisted of mini banana nut muffins or mini cinnamon roles, apples and juice , coffee THAT WAS IT. in a room that was half the size of our hotel room very crowded. just barely enough to advertise that you offered breakfastresponse / report this review -

Price wise its great as long as it is in the off season, otherwise I wouldn't have stayed. It's not worth the regular price. The room looks good but there is no microwave or coffee maker. There is a refrigerator, hair dryer, and iron for clothes but that's it. There are no smoking rooms at all. The breakfast they claim to have is nothing but small muffins and coffee. No juice or anything. I come down here every year. We tried econo lodge for the first time because we have had good experiences with them, but we will never come back to this one.

I would not stay here again. My husband and I had to stay here as all the other hotels were booked. I can see why. Rooms are musty smelling and very dingy. Overall cleanliness was poor. It is noisy. I slept horrible. We didn't bother with the breakfast because it wasn't much and the breakfast room is small and crowded. I would of rather slept in my car. I'm giving it two stars because of the price.

Check in was quick and easy. The room smelled of mildew but was very modern considering the brands reputation of keeping 90's furniture decorations. The beds where nice and springy as they where not pillow top but i didnt mind. Its certainly economy but id say economy+. Best thing was we only paid about $50.
