I can’t fault this hotel. It’s recently refurbished, clean, offers good service and competitive room rates in the heart of Boston. My only complaint (and this is just me being picky) is that, although clean, the room was very basic, somewhat uninspiring and not very fun to be in.

Its a very nice and old hotel with a 1920s theme. Service was good and it had a really nice and antique atmosphere. However, I don't recommend unless you're couple or something. The rooms are VERY small and the bathrooms are as well. The main problem are the trains that pass behind the hotel every night, honking and blaring their alarms and it sounds like its driving through your room. If you want to get some sleep, I would recommend somewhere else or else you'll be waking up to the sounds of trains and horns all night.

The hotel is located in an easy walk from great restaurants and stores, the staff was extremely friendly, and the decor is very cozy. I will warn you, it's on a set of train tracks and they blast their horns several times a night, so if you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs! That's the only downside I experienced.

Very unique hotel that my wife and I used for our wedding hotel. The honeymoon suite was spacious and elegant. Very old feel, which you should expect with a historic hotel. Bathrooms were tiny. Other family members rooms were small but cozy. Great place for photos as it is a beautiful place. Pretty pricey, probably would've stayed elsewhere on a normal day, but this was perfect for our wedding.

This was a fantastic recommendation from a friend. The Park Plaza is charming in of itself and the location is to die for, walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Rooms are clean and quiet and the lobby is a nice place to work in the evening. Yes, you can hear the train at night but it doesn't shake the building. Staff are great and actually say hello when you come in or leave. Will definitely be back.

Quaint. Very clean. Doesn't have coffee in the room but staff is very gracious to bring it to you any time you want. Shopping close. Valet parking. Great!

In the last month, we've stayed here for business that kept getting extended. This is our second round, and we chose to stay here. The staff have all been fantastic and very accommodating and go out of their way to be helpful. It's a great location, walking distance to everything. We have truly enjoyed staying in this historic and quaint hotel!

Nice old hotel with a beautiful lobby. Exposed bricks in the room! Pleasant stay but it is next to the train tracks and it is very loud.

The good: very kind and helpful staff. Continental breakfast is brought to the room. Rooms are small but cosy. The location is superb, in the middle of the nice Winter Park neighbourhood. A place with character.
The bad: being as it is very close to the train station, noise at night can be a (big) issue.
