The room was very nice and clean. Everything was so put together. It was such a quiet environment.

This place was the worst place I have ever stayed at. My daughter left her shirt in the room before checkout and when she went back to get it, the room was open and all of the sheets were still there but not the shirt. She proceeded to go ask the cleaning ladies and they had to contact a supervisor. The supervisor of housing was unwilling to truly look for the shirt that was wrongfully taken out of the room. He went to check in the laundry and came back to say that it “probably is in the laundry” and she would have to come back later to get it. The lady at the front desk then proceeded to ask if she was local (dumb question if we are checked into a hotel). My daughter’s shirt was expensive and given as a gift. The fact is, the shirt should have never been taken out of the room to begin with. I will be notifying the manager of the hotel of this misconduct and inconvenience. A little bit of effort and interest in finding the clothing would have been nice too. The breakfast food was disgusting and they had ham floating in water. This hotel was absolutely not worth what we paid for it.

Friendly and professional Staff! Clean suites and good breakfast! My wife inadvertently dropped her camera in the parking lot and a guest found it, brought it to the main desk and when front desk verified that she was the right owner, they spent time to get it shipped it to Canada (via my FedEx account). This place is filled with not just honest staff, but honest guest, as well! This will be my family's regular hotel each time we visit relatives in Longwood, Florida. Also, amenities are just close by. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family here in Canada.

Had a couple issues (lack of TV/light bulb out), but they were all address efficiently. The carpet is clean, but is showing wear. I have work white socks in the room and they don't get dirty, but the carpet looks rough. The shower curtain rod was installed upside down. This means the curtain constantly falls to the middle, leaving space for the water come out of the shower. The sink was cracked, but didn't cause any issues. Sink pressure is a little weird. All issues I brought up were addressed quickly with smiles. The people working here are what made it a great experience. The rooms definitely need to be refreshed though. They did get newer TVs with the ability to stream from your phone.

The hotel is wonderful. The rooms and surrounding areas are very clean. The desk staff I interacted with (Bryce) was very welcoming. The kitchen staff were well attentive. I would stay here again.

Staff were friendly and tried hard to assist guests. Kitchen units not well suppliedkeep asking for dish soap. Bring your own bottle opener. Beds need better mattresses. It is a comfortable 3 star hotel for a 5 star resort price.

This is a great hotel for our long weekend family reunion. The suits are great to have tons of family in and make our stay great. Rebecca at the front desk really took care of us and all of our crazy requests. She made our night perfect!

Overall this is a good hotel. However doing my stay the gym equipment and TV in the gym was not working. I went to drink a drink and the glass broke.

All the staff is very friendly & helpful. They allow pets (dogs up to 50lbs). They don't have a restaurant, but they serve a great buffet breakfast. Would recommend staying here.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is located conviently not to far from interstate highway 4. It was a great stay and will go there again definitely when in the area.

The hotel is wonderful. The rooms and surrounding areas are very clean. The desk staff I interacted with (Bryce) was very welcoming. The kitchen staff were well attentive. I woukd stay here again.

The check in guy was friendly. Something was wrong with the water we were advised not to drink. I had to brush my teeth with bottled water. The breakfast and dinner were blah. My family and I ate out. The kitchen staff was unwelcoming.
We had a two bedroom suite which was nice. However the bathrooms could be cleaned better. It smelled like wet dog and I found a hair, not my own, in the bathroom shower.response / report this review
