Outlets in bedroom and desk area not working. Less than 1/4 roll of toilet paper with no back up roll. Never imagined I would have to call to ask for toilet tissue, and then the phone didn't work. Wall paper peeling off the wall. Light bulbs burned out. Water faucet in shower ran continuously. Had to call back to hotel to check on a left item, was hung up on repeatedly by the Lost and Found extension, and then the receptionist was rude and pushed me to voicemail. The location is the best thing about this hotel.

Checked in late on a Thursday night. Friendly staff had me my key in no time. The room was spacious and very clean. Overall a wonderful experience. Great value.

I stayed at this hotel in JULY. I booked the room on my credit card for a deposit of $167. When we arrived at the hotel we asked them to credit my card back for that amount and my boyfriend paid the full amount of $360. They ASSURED me that it had been refunded. It's almost mid November and I have officially called the hotel 30+ times. They've had to re-issue me a check 3 times now because the agents keep putting the incorrect address. I've also emailed numerous times and they claim that someone will be in touch, which they never are, and then they close my file. This is the worst customer experience I've ever received. I will NEVER be staying here again nor will I ever recommend it.

I would give it zero if I could. There were roaches in my room. The rooms are a mess. Hair on the counters. Moldy ceilings. I would never stay here again and would recommend no one else does either. Suspicious red stain all over the carpet. Stains all over the furniture.

The interior is gorgeous. Fitness room is run down. Not clean & non working machines. Both pool are great. Outdoor pool very relaxing. The managers special 530p-730p is nice but female bartender takes 0 interest in quality of her drinks. We get that it's free & not top shelf. But 2 of 4 drinks were in drinkable. Gin and tonics without lime & nothing but tonic. Vodka soda's tasted like water. She has no interest in the craft of a bartender. Hotel staff otherwise great. Amazobg location!!! Can walk to countless other locations

The hotel was very nice. Beautiful lobby. My room was supposed to be ready for check-in at 3pm, but I didn't get into a room till midnight! I was accommodated for the wait and tried to make the best of my stay at Embassy!

I had a recently renovated room on the third floor. Pool was nice. Breakfast and reception have gone dowmhill over, say, 5 or 10 years ago. Food is behind the bar, so you wait in a line for 5 minutes to ask for a pancake or a piece of bacon. Reception snack bowls were empty when I came in around six and again around seven when I came back down. Elevators fast, staff mostly helpful and eager to do well, parking is cramped.

Very nice hotel. Helpful friendly staff. Great bar. Rooftop pool is nice. Parking is expensive but the valet is worth it. The shuttle picked us up from Bones and brought us home for free. Was much much much faster and friendlier than the local Uber options. Highly recommended. Only downside was that the bed was pretty old and not particularly comfortable. Other than that the suites are well appointed and roomy.

Extremely noisy at all hours of the night. Having the atrium is a good idea in theory and looks cool, but when you have less than desirable clientele, it's not realistic.

Great location, having Ruth's Chris is nice.

Rooms are a bit dated. Evening front desk is only minimally helpful.

Would not choose this hotel for another stay in the Atlanta/Buckhead area.

Beautiful hotel. Complimentary made to order breakfast was great. Indoor poor and fitness rooms were nice and lobby with gold fish and atrium created a very nice atmosphere. The room was great and spacious. Loved the separate den area with door to bedroom. Parking was high at $25 per night.

***ROACHES AT EMBASSY SUITES BUCKHEAD - ATLANTA***

Reservation dates March 30 - April 2. Room 424. I arrived at 2:30am and no one was at the front desk, so I walked around looking for someone, and eventually called the toll-free number to get help, and was told, "There's nothing I can do. If I call the hotel, it will ring the front desk, and you say they're not there. They're probably making their hourly rounds in the hotel." I got the local number, and when I called someone picked up and came right out. 1) A bell on the front desk or a phone to call for assistance would have been nice. 2) It would have been nice of them to offer to call for me.

They were overbooked and had to put me in another hotel, even though I had a reservation. The receptionist told me I could park in their parking lot because it was cheaper than the hotel she was sending me to. When I told her I took a Lyft, she pointed me in the direction to walk to the other hotelIN THE RAIN.

I returned to the hotel the following day. There were THREE roaches in the bathtub Saturday night/Sunday morning (room 424), so I checked out early that morning. There was no printout under the door the morning that I checked out.

When in town on business, this is my preferred hotel. Get a few drinks at the happy hour in the lobby prior to using the hotel shuttle to reach the 65+ local restaurants in the area. What you save on lodging will be best spent on the fine eats within less than a mile. I love this place.

Nice hotel and helpful staff. The fitness center stays pretty crowded but the pool and whirlpool are both fairly open. The central garden plaza with elaborate koi pond makes for a nice area to hang out, which almost makes the sitting area in my room seem unnecessary. Almost. It was a great space for some board games with family. The AC works great; the bed is comfortable; breakfast is delicious. Embassy Suites deserves its reputation.
