Saw some complaints about the bathrooms. I could agree that those are a little small, but I have to say I have never been treated so well in a hotel. I put in 100k miles in the air and 60 nights in hotels this year, so believe me when I say, the wonderful people that work here are unmatched. I was alone with 3 kids and no offense to my family, but I have never had so much help. It's a very cool, unique hotel. Rooms are very large and comfortable.

Beautiful and elegant banquet rooms that are unmatched in Cleveland. Truly a unique and timeless style. The staff is also excellent. Their event manager Billy is quite literally the best in the business in terms of attentiveness and quality of service. Food is wonderful as well. Would recommended for anyone looking for a truly special event.

Stayed here recently on the tenth floor. Decent Hilton hotel with nice decor in a historic building. Staff were professional and helpful. Close to both the Cleveland Clinic and Case Western, so it may be a good choice if you need to stay close to the hospital. Only downside is that there is no complimentary breakfast.

Excellent staff! Everyone was kind and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. A huge thank you to Derrell for his help with reservations and Fred who shuttled us all around Cleveland Clinic! The chocolate chip cookies were an added bonus. Delicious! Thank you so much!

It's a historical hotel that has been through renovation so the room was nice with smaller bathrooms. Relatively clean. The breakfast option wasn't too exciting and took awhile to make so I would suggest the buffet instead. Good location for both clinic and university.

It was pretty good they offer a shuttle car service that we were excited about but it ended up not being useful as it never seemed to be available. We tried to schedule it ahead and the front desk arranged it but then they gave the car away right when we were supposed to have it scheduled. Besides that the parking was expensive at $20 a day but there was free street parking right outside. The breakfast was good but not free for all rooms. The rooms were pretty nice and updated with hardwood floors. The showers were really short and the elevators were so but it was pretty good for the cost and location

I went to the Tudor Arms to stay because I had a minor surgery the next morning very early at the Cleveland Clinic . I asked for a late check out and they graciously said yes. We grabbed a quick dinner at the hotel and it was great. My room was nice and very roomy. When I returned to the hotel the next day to rest after my surgery, I did not feel well. They let me stay until 3pm to rest prior to my next appointment. This meant a lot to me because I was pretty ill. I would recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone. Thank you Tudor Arms for taking such good care of me after my surgury.

Beautiful and spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. Like lying on a cloud. Nice and friendly staff. Pay parking or parking on the street for free. Cleveland PD and Cleveland Clinic PD patrol often to keep your car safe. Well worth the price. Nice in-house restaurant also.

This was a really fantastic historic hotel right at University Circle. Our room had 3 big windows with excellent views of the surrounding neighborhood. The decor in the room was nice, especially the windows. Parking is listed as $20 if you use valet or park yourself, but we just parked on the street right next to the building no problem. I think for such a nice place, it was a great value. No more expensive than a side-side-of-the-highway Holiday Inn express. The only things I wish were different would be a fridge in the room, no siding bathroom door which provides little privacy and can bang open and closed and a shower door. The open shower lets too much water out. These are small problems though. Overall it was great to get to stay somewhere so unique and upscale at the price we paid.

The hotel is beautiful! Beds are comfortable and our room was a great size. Closet, desk, dresser and chaise. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The elevators were malfunctioning so we had to hoof it up 11 flights of stairs. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay.

I absolutely adore this hotel. I booked two suites and a normal hotel room to host the high school dance team that I coach. First, I love then fact that they offered online check-in which allowed me to choose my rooms. This way I could strategically choose our 3 rooms not only on the same floor but near each other and close to the elevator which I hoped for. We've never been to cleveland and every staff member that we came across was BEYOND amazing. We decided to take the train from the airport and the hotel informed us which train station yo get off at so their hotel shuttle with the awesome chocolate chip cookie on it can pick up up. When we arrived their had their notorious warm cookies readily available and our rooms were perfectly prepped. They provided all rooms with a fridge and microwave as I requested since we were going to be there for 6 days. They recommended a great local grocery store, Dave's market, to stock up on food and supplies and even offered to have the shuttle take us. Anything we asked for, they accommodated all the way down to a practice space for my team! Even if we had any issues (more towels, the bathroom sliding door kept jamming, etc.) The easily fixed it with a smile and asked if we needed anything else. The hotels were well kept, nicely decorated and clean. Easy access to the bus and train if you wish to go that route. The kids and I can't wait to to back again next year for our next competition.

I have traveled the world over for 50 years and have never had the pleasure the consideration and personal treatment I always receive here at the Tudor Arms Cleveland. The staff cannot do enough for you.. A shuttle is always available for the Cleveland Clinic and surrounding areas. The staff all are aware you may be here for the clinic and do everything to ease your stay . The rooms and suites are very comfortable large and bright and the location is convenient to museums majestic parks and the cultural life in Cleveland and a free hotel shuttle takes you there and also to surrounding excellent restaurants. All at a very reasonable price.

Stayed here while having surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. Two queen suite was perfect with a separate living room away from the bedroom. Room was clean and comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful. One note - it's a remodeled old hotel but the rooms are decorated in a contemporary style. Different but it's still a great place to stay.

Great accomodations. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Rooms were large and spacious (king bed). If you're going to Cleveland Clinic, they offer free valet (only if you call hotel for reservations). Nice bar/restaurant. Very pleasant stay.
