hotel is nice and comfortable. but the service is outstanding. lost my lost my driver license. called a number of time they couldn't find it.. finely i am getting a phone call from Dwight Johnson he is the house keeping.. he find the license and we will send it back to me to new York overnight on his own expensive.. thanks so much you are the BEST!!!

Room seems well maintained. The space may be a bit small (I reserved a room with a king bed so it took most of the space). Shower tub was a good size. Fan in the room was very loud.

Service was great. The room left a little to be desired. The lobby and bar/restaurant area looked brand new. As of october 2017 the rooms seemed a little dated. My bathroom was small and it had a beautiful view of the parking lot. However, it did check all of my major boxes. The bed and pillows were comfy, room temperature was perfect, and the shower had great water pressure. The restaurant breakfast buffet was delicious. The bar was very reasonably priced for drinks and staff was friendly. I would stay there again.

Having to travel 180 days out of the year for work I stay at a lot of hotel chains nation wide and really get to see which ones stand out amongst the rest.
Hilton is without a doubt at the top and it's the exceptional customer service they provide which I believe keeps them there. Deon the front desk manager was no different. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Will definitely stay at this property next time I'm in the Cleveland area!response / report this review -

After a long flight i came to double tree for dinner and a drink. I was very tired. The bartender "Anthony" was so nice and lively. He was courteous and friendly. His service and attitude was professional and prompt. Made my Sunday night enjoyable! Thank you

Terrible hotel, to be honest the worst I have ever stayed in!
I would say it feels like a motel all the way! We had an 8 week old puppy with us too and they charged us 75 $ for her ? Most hotels are free or 25$ and I am talking about higher quality places!
Rooms were dirty, beds were small and uncomfortable!
The reason we picked it in the first place is to let kids swim at the " indoor pool " which was hazardous ( dirty, milk like water ) hot tub drained and filthy inside!
Even my 8 years old commented oh how awful the place was.
Coffee and food at the breakfast buffet terrible too!response / report this review -

A nice hotel for and event or meeting. The room was nice and clean, but it was definitely worn in. The bathroom was acceptably clean, but not immaculate. The entire hotel is nice but is obviously nearing a full remodel. The linked indoor and outdoor pool is great and we'll kept. The restaurant was nice with a great breakfast buffet spread. A pretty good bar and lounge area for the evening. The staff was wonderful. Truly a nicely kept hotel in need of a bit of updating, but still a fine place to stay.

Our family loves the double tree hotel as we have stayed there in multiple states. It is very unfortunate that this time around our stay was horrible. The customer service at the front desk was very uninviting and NO one spoke unless you did. There were several employees who acted as though they hate their lives and their jobs.. And it showed!!! House keeping only came one day out of a 4 day stay so I had to ask for more towels fir my family. Also the refrigerator would not close and we called the front desk for two hours and they never came. Sadly we will not be returning to this Beachwood location.

I've stayed in 10-12 different hotels in Cleveland area. Most of them has smelly bed sheets. This one is an exception.
Hotel is little bit dated and AC units are extremely loud. So you may want to turn it off before going to bed. Otherwise it will definitely wake you up every time it kicks in.response / report this review -

I went there for a goodbye party for a coworker. I hadn't been there since they redid the bar. The service was great. They did a really nice job with the remodel.
