Wonderful service from arrival to departure. Everyone went above and beyond our expectations to serve us and the hotel was clean and inviting. Definitely worth the price!!!

A nice little hotel in an industrial neighborhood. The room was nice and clean, staff friendly, breakfast nice, and cost low. I didn't have time to check out the other amenities because I got in late and checked out early.

Had a small issue getting checked inthey sent us to a room that wasn't clean yet. But they got it resolved quickly. Otherwise, the staff was great! There is only one elevator, so allow a little time if you are up on 4th floor.

I have only been here for a day out of a five day stay and so far everything is great. I was able to upgrade to a king sweet at no additional cost. The room is comfortable and spacious.

Our stay at the Cuyahoga Falls Country Inn & Suites was great. The location was easy to find and about 15 minutes from the Blossom Music Center, the reason we were in Cuyahoga Falls. The front desk was very nice, checking in was very quick and simple. The room we stayed in was a King room on the second floor. The room was very clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was simple but filling and the breakfast staff was very nice. Check out was quick and simple. We would definitely stay again if we are travelling in the area.

Overall, the Country Inn & Suites was a nice place. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise coming from the vents that was a little annoying, but not a big deal. They have a hot breakfast which was comparable to other hotel chains. Omelets, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, danishes, yogurt, etc Everything tasted fine. The staff is very friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The room and bathroom were pretty clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was pretty decent. The elevator is a little bit slow. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and staff were courteous and helpful. Furnishings were dated and room smelled faintly of must and cigarette smoke. Management requires guests to sign lengthy "agreement" prior to check in that you will not have parties or consume alcohol in hallways etc. NBD, but gives the impression that partying is a problem here. Fitness equipment is limited. 1 of 2 treadmills had a puddle of water covering the belt. Unclear if this was coming from some sort of plumbing issue or the result of a spill. Overall not impressed, but did not feel unsafe or dirty.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was satisfying. The air conditioning cut out in the middle of the night for about an hour, making the room a bit stuffy, but it came back in shortly thereafter. The staff is friendly.

We have stayed there for over a week. To say that we have enjoyed our stay is an understatement. The staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate us. They are friendly and hospitable. The breakfast every morning is GREAT! Even if you wake up a little late, they still will make sure you get your fill. Two thumbs up to this gem. You would really be missing out if you pass up this 4 star hotel at affordable rates. Kudos to you Country Inn @ Cuyahoga Falls!!

They were very nice and accommodating at the front desk. I wrote on the reservation that we have a child with asthma and the hotel is already non smoking but they also took additional precautions when cleaning. The pool was nice 3-5 feet deep with a nice hot tub and the rooms were great.

The room was nice. The furniture wasn't the most comfortable but the bed was great. Everything else was exactly how it you'd expect it to be. Staff was friendly. Good location for plenty of great activities in Cuyahoga Falls. Ice skating, funny stop comedy club, great dining in the area. The Blue Door Cafe for breakfast and the Chowder House (cash only) for dinner. Make reservations for the latter as well as for the comedy club.
