The rooms are clean and spacious. Love the pool and activity court in the courtyard. Free hot breakfast. Nice people. Fast check in.

Everyone IS Family. EVERY TIME! and pet friendly for a fee. No fee is too big for Mini, My dog. Now I wonder if I told them that I do work for Marriott International,would I get different treatment? Nah! They are too good at what they do. Thank you all at Beachwood Residence Inn Marriott. I had a great stay!

I had a great experience at the Residence Inn. The staff was very professional, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I stay here for two week increments during my training in Cleavland and I highly recommend this location. There are plenty of places to eat in the area and it takes no time to reach the highway. Make sure to grab some breakfast the people there always have a smile and the have everything you need to take on the day!

Stayed here for two nights and the staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast is nothing to write home about, but it's free - so you can't be too picky! The wifi gave us no problems the entire time or anything else in our room for that matter. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast area was a bit congested. Our room door did not close on its own and was difficult to open and close. It appeared as if a kid hung on the knob and and messed up the frame.

My experience with the Residence Inn in Beachwood was horrible! My friend who turned 50 years old was unjustly evicted because the management staff said they had been the room twice which never happened! Because we own our beautiful black skin our presence was not appreciated! They did not even return her cash as well! I would never give this a dollar and I fully intend to let my entire race know never give this place a thought!

Great hotel!! Staff was very friendly even with a late 1am check in the staff was happy and cheery. Room was clean and had a nice view. Would recommend this hotel if you're in the area

The hotel was nice. The room was clean and and comfortable. The bathroom felt a little dated. The breakfast was good, especially for a free all you can eat. Waffle maker and the standard continental items. Coffee available all day. Guests can use the Lifetime Fitness nearby.

Great property. Had a two bedroom suite. Everything was nice but one of the doors was off the hinges (maintenance repaired it) and then one of the toilets stopped flushing. Other than that a very pleasurable stay

This hotel staff is amazing! They are always friendly and helpful! I come to Cleveland to hold meetings at Cleveland Clinic excellent location to the clinic and our office. Easy access to the hotel Thanks for a great stay!

Just stayed this past Saturday night. Very nice place room was clean and comfortable. Staff I dealt with was great gentleman who checked us in had a great attitude. He was wearing a orange shirt think was front counter manager. He's a good asset to your hotel. We will stay again.
