Very clean and well equipped room. No USB charging port in the room. Very hot shower, which I liked. Complimentary breakfast is a bowel of apples and some cheap pastries, but there is a very nice looking restaurant in the lobby.

Really nice 20's era hotel restored . Has a gym in basement. Room service . Rooms are nicely furnished downtown hotel with many local favorites around the downtown area. Free lite breakfast served near elevators fruit and Danish with coffee 630-1030 daily . Afternoon had lite snacks/chips.

We had a room block here for our wedding, and my guests had a great, relaxing time. The history of the hotel really comes through, but at the same time it is in good condition and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is warm and courteous- we appreciated all of their help making a great weekend!

Have visited for dinner a few times but decided to take visitors there for lunch. We had a great meal and are glad we branched out. Food was great as was the service. Special food requests were easily accommodated. Highly recommended and we will be returning

The outside is very nice, they do have clean rooms but the beds are hard. We was told we can check in early and was working 3rd shift so we slept of the day. We get a call and apparently if you check in before 11 your charged a whole day for the few hours. They woke us up so we didn't get much sleep for our next night of work. We stayed in the standard room for $120. Never again

Used the hotel for my friends and family to stay and prepare for wedding taking place near by. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Rooms were great, they even let my daughter and her party prepare in the board room. Loved the free valet parking with polite young men working it. Girls at front desk we're polite​ and friendly. Loved the outdoor sitting which we enjoyed till 1am with no problems. Loved the old but classy atmosphere. Thanks Terrace Hotel!

Overall great stay. Needs more parking or change in layout. Rooms should automatically come with microwave. Beds comfortable, water hot. Tub stopper was broken. Had a great discount. Not gonna complain- fancy hotel.

All staff members were working double shifts to help with all the evacuees fleeing from hurricane IRMA and not one bad attitude among them. Noting that this hotel is quite old, everything in our room was in working order. However the rooms we were in certainly needed new carpet and new tile in the bathrooms. We've stayed here before, a year ago, and expected these minor issues to be resolved. Nonetheless this hotel is in walking distance to some fun, good restaurants. All in all WELL DONE!

I haven't finished my stay yet, but the experience so far has been amazing. I applaud the service. The room feels smaller than I expected, but it is comfortable and the high roof on the top floor is great. The view is impressive and I cannot overstate the location. There are a lot of restaurants, nicer bars, parks, and even a children's museum in a 2 minute walk. It's a great place to stay and experience the city.

Beautiful old building with lots of charm. The staff was wonderful. We arrived during a downpour and the valet helped us with our luggage out dog and our vehicle. They have a restaurant in the lobby and easy access to other great establishments. They also have grand ballrooms which were spectacular. Across the street from parks and a lake. Only down sides were no pool and very limited area with grass where to walk a pet in the pouring rain.

This place is not only gorgeous but the staff if outstanding! We came from Arizona to Florida and the staff was more than helpful accommodating out needs. So far as even though they do not have a shuttle the were willing to have a maintenence worker drive us to make the funeral. These are people who care about people and I couldn't be more blown away by the level of service they provide. I don't go to Florida but for them definitely will make it my first choice everytime. Please check out this place!

Enjoyed dinner with friends at the grille. Service was excellent. I ordered the meatloaf which I don't normally do at the servers suggestion when I was debating my choice and I was pleased with it. My husband got the venison and loved it. The other couple also enjoyed their dinners.

very cute little hotel, walking distance from the lake and multiple shops! very nice deserts too! rooms are obviously pretty dated, but they are extremely clean, best housekeeping job I've seen in a while. staff was very friendly and even let us check out late.
