Rooms are quiet and quite large for a hotel room. The policy of limited cleanings for extended stay guests can be a paint though. Kitchenette makes longer stays much easier.
Stayed here during hurricane Irma and they didn't lose any power, price was great, staff was great and it's pet friendly which was also a plus. Under the circumstances this was a very very pleasant stay. Thank you Ecco Suites 🙏
I've stayed there twice and enjoy the setup of the rooms. Love that there's a kitchenette if I wanted to prepare a meal. The staff is friendly and very helpful as well as attentive. Loved the location of my first stay. I wasn't thrilled with the second it was too far away from elevator. The rooms were always clean. No pets or smoking allowed and for someone with allergies this is very much appreciated. Would love to stay more often but it's a bit pricey after two days. I would stay again and do recommend.
No hot water for 3 days, nothing but excuses. That's a basic that should have been fixed immediately but apparently it's been going on for awhile. EDIT/FOLLOWUP. The hotel called me after I checked out and apologized for the lack of hot water. They offered an adjustment on my bill. While I still think not having hot water for such a long time is the fault of ownership, I appreciate their gesture and will try them again when I'm in the area. Changing this review from 1 to 3 stars.
Really clean. Really nice room for a great rate. Better then some of my old one bedroom apartments for sure. Comes fully stocked with everything u could need to make a meal. Refrigerator was a good size. Will be staying again AnD would recommend it
Food is nice, rooms are not spacious but contain everything you need for a weekly stay. Staff is friendly, helpful and very understanding. It's very clean and seems like everyone here has a great time, be it employees or the guests. The best part is that it's pet-friendly! I didn't know where to turn with my two rambunctious kittens but they accommodated us. Over all, I like Ecco suites and would choose to stay here again.
This extended stay hotel is very nice. The breakfast here is one of the best I've ever had at any hotel. It is very clean and the atmosphere is very comfortable and cozy. It has a very modern look and the decor is nice and mood lifting. I'd recommend this hotel over any other. Although the price is a bit more than other hotels, it is worth it in my opinion. Customer service is also great here. Nice and friendly staff on every encounter.
Rooms were nice and clean, hot breakfast in the morning. Nice swimming pool and the employees are very sweet and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
On the verge of 5 stars, but fell short due to cleanliness of rooms. Couch cushions are always dirty and I have stayed here several times. Cabinets almost always have food splattered on them. I had ants in one of my rooms from leftover gum. Beds are always clean and comfortable, plenty of clean towelss. Really good breakfast every morning. Microwave, stovetop, and full refrigerator in all rooms. Compared to other hotels in this area, a good deal for the money.
Booked the Executive King Suite through Hotels at Work at $100. The room was ok, "executive" might be a stretch. It was indeed a suite, with no real amenities besides one pack of dishwashing powder and the usual bathroom toiletries. Breakfast was basic, Dry cereal, grits, and oatmeal. Preformed egg patties with an abundance of undercooked bacon and sliced ham. Clean, spacious spot to lay your head for a couple days. Don't expect anything comparable to Hilton or Marriott chains.
Good setup, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast! Only down side is the cable channels but everything else is great.
Large room with comfortable beds, full kitchen with dishwasher and couch. In a quiet area but conveniently located next to I-4. Nicely decorated, modern amenities. Taking off a star for the ants scattered around the shower and the provided dishware, some of which was dirty. Otherwise, a good room for a good price.
