It was better than Holiday Inn, but still The place was bad. The lights went out, it was quite expensive for such a small room, and it wasn't even clean. The wall was also ripping and room service didn't even show up after we called them several times. Also, room service gave special attention to those they new, but overall breakfast was good, and so was Roberts service He was such a nice young man. But, unfortunately I didn't enjoy my stay quite as much. But, this place saved me from the disgusting small room at Holiday Inn

What a beautiful hotel. All good rates with every room being a suite! Wow! Monday through Thursday free, hot, delicious dinner and hot breakfast everyday with changing menus? Wonderful!

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. It isn't often that the cleaning lady stops you to tell you have a good day. The rooms are very nice and spacious and the breakfast is good too. We would definitely stay there again.

New mattress was amazing! Front desk was very accommodating. Housekeeping Manager was excellent. Food and happy hour was good. Overall, I stayed almost three weeks. I would recommend this hotel. They have plans to renovate next year. Most important to me was cleanliness and comfortable bed. Met my expectations.

Clean rooms,friendly service and the free dinner is amazing. Breakfast is good too. The rooms are a bit outdated but the price is well worth the stay. Customer service is ok

Nice rooms. But nothing like walking into your room with someone else's urine still on the toilet seat and waking up to the smell of marijuana in the morning.

Good location where it's not too far away from downtown Tampa but also not too close to all the crazy city. Online it said we'd have two rooms with full beds but they ended up being king sized which was a nice surprise. Nice and clean rooms with lots of space. The workers here have been very nice and helpful. Only problem was that my parents apparently found one dirty pillow but I didn't see it. Upon talking with the maid, she mentioned that she hadn't been there for a few days so she didn't know what happened.

Although we were required to pay a 50 dollar deposit and were not prepared to do so. They accommodated for us and we received a room upgrade to a suite. Very respectful and kind staff. The hotel is very clean and rooms are very comfortable. I would stay here again.

The staff and amenities were great. However, I believe that they could have done a better job cleaning my room prior to my arrival. For this reason this hotel receives 2 stars. There was no evidence that they dusted the cabinents, tv stand or tables. The carpet was stained and reeked of mildew. The bathroom smelled of urine. I found ants crawling inside the refrigerator door. Dead bugs and possible rodent droppings were on the carpet alongside of the walls. I slept with the lights on for the week. I didn't complain because this could have been the best out the lot. I was there for school and was too stressed and busy to deal with the issue. I cleaned the important areas myself. On check out day I did let the front staff know to inform maid service to address the areas. I took pictures and showed them exactly what I was referring to. The front staff were very receptive to my concerns and apologetic. However, I would not stay here again

Stayed just one night. 4th floor, room was very clean, queen size bed and pillows were very comfortable. My husband said the staff was very courteous when checking in last night. Breakfast was ok. Will stay here again.

My family and I stayed for a one night stay and the employees were wonderful. Jodi-ann at the front desk was very friendly and pleasant. the staff was nice. The breakfast was nice. Stayed in the studio room, it was a nice size room with a king size bed and king size pull out couch and a mini kitchen. The only thing, I wish they had extra blankets in the closet other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

Room was fine but very dated. Evening reception sucked! Expected more than value cold cut meats. Ham was disgusting and the pasta salads was inedible. Breakfast was ok, better than the dinner but the juice machine was not working. They provided bottles but on 2 per guest so if you wanted more than 1 juice and 1 water you were SOL. The laundry facility needs to be addressed! At least 1 none working washer and 1 non working dryer is not cool!
I would not recommend this hotel. Not worth the money nor the headache.response / report this review -

We had a nice and clean room, the breakfast was great too. We also enjoyed the little pool. We stayed for four nights, everything was fine. There's not much around the hotel, you need to drive a while for shopping or dining.
