The hotel staff is lacking in so many ways. The clerks behave as if they do not like working for Ramada. They offer no assistance to the guest. It is if they are trying to charge you for anything, and the conditions are not worth it. There were ants in the bedroom, broken bathtub, and stains on everything. The cleaning staff barely cleans. I had two days worth of old towels in my shower and they NEVER changed the bed linens. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Stayed there last night. Be aware they charge your card a $100.00 deposit on top of room rent. I booked online but was unaware of that until I checked in. Upon check out I was told it will take 3 days for it to be returned. Also, one of the very few hotels I have stayed in that charge you for breakfast. A limited breakfast. I stay in hotels a minimum 3 times a week and this is the 1st Ramada I have seen do this. Room was clean except for what ever ran down wall and dried on the wall beside the bed behind the night stand. I was afraid to ask.If the owners care to check it's room 140. The Ladies working the front desk, both night shift and day were very nice.

Stayed here a couple times. They charge a refundable $100 deposit on top of room charge, and I was not notified of this until I looked at my bank statement. Other than that, had no issue. Clean rooms.

Place was nice and clean! No cocktail bar like it says online but do server a yummy breakfast but can't take it to our room. Cocktail bar is for lease it says they should take it off the website I think!

Was probably nice about 10 years ago. It's a bed, a place to sleep at night and a shower. Showing some major wear and could use a major remodel. After hurricane Irma came through there wasn't much of a choice in hotels, so prices where pretty high for what you get.

This place is a total joke.. The pool closes at 8:30 pm ? Like really, why pay for amenities when you can not even utilize them. Then the housekeeping was not up to pare. I had to ask for towels 3 times and ask for toiletries as well. I also asked for a late check out (only an hour) and they charged me for half a day. This truly is not a friendly place. Please keep all doors locked and everything out of the car, due to the fact there is a lot of drug addicts around talking to their self.

Great room nice hotel only problem I had was I booked my stay thru Priceline it was an Express deal and they(Priceline) picks the room they sent me here which was fine my room was paid for they stated I had to pay a $6 hotel property fee at the property but it was taken when I paid for room but what I wasn't aware of was the $100 hold on my card that took place what if I wouldn't of had that extra money they wasn't going to let me check in and I paid in full and traveled to get there I'm just saying then I was charged$3.75property fee .. again Could have been a better check in I travel and use Priceline way to much to have to go thru being treated like that.beds to small to share with my husband falling out of the bed but at least we had a roof over our heads. Priceline has to do better il be picking my own rooms from this point on.

Room was ok. Constant dripping noise in the ceiling kept us up all night. They also charge a deposit fee of 100 dollars and they don't tell you. Its supposed to be non smoking but it definitely smelled like smoke. I definitely wouldn't suggest spending more than one night.

Got a special rate for 49$ a night. Worst hotel experience known to man. I guess you pay for what you get. Asked for a late check out when we were about to leave and was greeted at my door by two crackhead employees. Lol

For $80+ I expected more from a Ramada. The room was clean the bathroom was old but clean. The internet was less than 1 meg. The front desk clerk was a nice guy from the Keys. The hotel is conveniently located near I-4. If you are trying to save a few bucks staying further away from Disney, this isn't your place.

Need more towels? Get them yourself! "Oh wait, we do see that you should have 4, well you're still going to have to come get them, it's our policy." Not kidding. Don't stay here, they don't even offer basic customer service and don't care of their guests, er hostages. Plus, our toilet didn't work, the room was not clean, stains on carpet.And secret deposit when you get here that they don't tell you about.
