OH NOOO, NEVER AGAIN!!!
I was there for 10 min, and I ran away like crazy. The Room was dirty, hair in the sink, shower, floor everywhere. The smell was bad. The picture online was a total diference. The room had a cockroach.Too much for 10 minutes in that place. I went to another hotel.
I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS TO ANYBODY!!!!

I love this place this is my 2nd home and a great get away this place is very relaxing and I would not doubt y'all coming here again I promise you'll love it I've been here since November 25th I have a house but has not left yet I'm very comfortable

Not what I expected, rooms are way overpriced for the condition of the room. I would rather go elsewhere however it's Saturday night and I'm already here. The pictures posted online are deceptive. My room has obviously suffered water damage of some sort. I asked for a different room, they are booked up. Just terrible. Nasty looking room. Paint chipping, wallpaper peeling. Carpet coming up. Like really take some pride in your establishment. The tv channels look like they have bad reception. Hair in the sinks. Very Very Very disappointed. Every where I turn it's something gross. Don't stay here.

Amazing to stay at this Howard Johnson! Friendly, caring staff, great rates, daily ole weekly. I basically spent the weekend and had an amazing experience!! I would stay here any time!!!

Horrible stay don't stay here!!! Called ahead of time for a bottom floor for my disabled father and was told they didn't have one. Our room didn't look anything like what the website showed. Our room was gross. It had a broken bed dirty carpet and smelled. You couldn't even sleep in the bed. Had to move my disabled father at 2am to a new room and the 2nd room was dirty and was on the bottom floor after we were told there was none on the bottom floor. Management is very rude. They had me in tears. Been fighting for a month for a refund but management refuses to return the booking companies phone calls and emails. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but had to for the review.

The room was nice but nothing worked. Also the view we had was on the bottom floor and they had a huge medal storage container right in front of our room so no parking spotno view what so ever. The staff was really nice and accommodating tho!

Although the staff was amazing the room we had was atrocious. The electric was out in half the room. The TV did not work. The bathroom lights had a short or something.we had to flick the switch multiple times just to get the lights to turn on. The bathroom sink was clogged. The bathroom rub was clogged. The second bed was brokenit had a huge DIP in it. The carpet was dirty. The supervisor is never in apparently, because we could not get a hold of them at all.

Check in and Staff are amazing. The rooms are recently redecorated, attempting to modernize the rooms, but not the best quality of work. But, nicer than I expected! The room is not the cleanest I've been in (hair on sink, food on floor, hair in bed) But it's also not the worst! Quiet location, which is surprising as it's right next to the interstate and on-ramp. I would stay here again if traveling alone, but would not feel comfortable with my kids playing on the floors.

1. Very slow check-in.
2. Service staff standing in hallway complaining about someone while we brought our luggage to our room.
3. One bar of soap in the room.
4. Room in desperate need of remodeling.
5. Slow draining shower.
6. Bare-bones continental breakfast.
7. Sign in dining area asking not to take food out says "we appreciate your corporation".
8. Woken by call from front desk at 7AM Sunday morning to bring them my ID as they apparently wrote something incorrectly during check-in the day prior.
9. $90 room rate was about 2x what it should have been for the quality of the lodging.response / report this review
