Hotel was under renovation and wasn't advertised anywhere, dust and humity odor was all over the place. The price was cheap and good location, but for the lack of communication sense I give them low score

This hotel is just so nice, pleasant and lovely nice conditioner good and fast service. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were professional and very friendly. Rooms were clean and updated. Rated 4 instead of 5 because half the hotel was under construction and noise from work began around 7am and fire alarms went off several times during our 2 night stay.

Hotel is overall run down and dirty. Halls smell like cat pee and other oddities. When pulling back our bed sheets to go to bed, we found the sheets covered in dog hair. The carpet in our room is stained and smells bad. I had our kids walk around in socks or flip flops. Back door key card entrance was broke, so it was opened so anyone could walk in. Communication of front desk with guests has been pretty poor.

This hotel does not deserve even deserve a star. It is a low end hotel that houses crack heads. The parking lots are dark and filled with people smoking pot. The back entrance was open to the public and the elevator and hallways smelled of marijuana. As soon as we walked into room 421, a king suite, it smelled of mildew. The king bed was actually a queen size bed. The walls were dingy and dirty. The furniture were chewed up by dogs. Outdated furniture as well. The pull out couch had what apeared to be blood stains and the mattress was so old the springs were bulging out of the mattress, not for sleeping. The rugs were filthy I didn't even want my child walking without shoes. The bathroom doors did not have a lock. There was mildew all over the walls and floors in bathroom. The pictures online do no justice for this place. They provide false advertisement. Don't go based on what you see online. However after speaking to the guy in the front desk named Russ we were provided our refund and moved to another hotel across the street named comfort inn which I highly recommend.

We walked in and was greeted by one of the most upbeat and most professional employee's possible-Amy! She was overly helpful in making our stay a very rexled and comfortable stays we have had in the last couple of days. We needed a rollout and she brpught it to the room with extra towels-soap-shampoo and then asked if there was anything we needed. I highly recommend going there not only great prices on the room but SHE made it truly welcoming.

The room we are in is not very clean. The bathroom doors, phone and light switches look as though they never get wiped down. They were disgusting I am glad I travel with stuff to clean up. Front desk staff was nice enough to be civil but not overly friendly.
The second room I have for some of my family totally stinks like mildew musky it is totally gross but my boys were willing to take it.response / report this review -

I loved it!! Everything is clean, spacious, non smoking, breakfast from 7am-10am and it's very good. It's affordable as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! The list goes on for ever!

We stay there with our soccer team. Bad experience. Moved the night stand to connect my phone's charger and found a lot of garbage, the whole room looked dirty. Do not recommend.

Amongst the reasonably priced and quality inns. Nice location as well. Unless you're looking for world class hotels, this is one of the nicer and safer ones in Lakeland.
Bedding was pleasant and the room was adequately large sized.response / report this review
