Boris out waiter was amazing. Went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Delicious sticky buns at the breakfast buffet

Recently redone in a coastal theme. Great on point decorations for the holiday. Adult pool, and heated zero entry kids pool. Staff is helpful. Love the new bathroom decor. Only negative is the new art is artistic portrayals of decomposing vegetation at the cellular level.

Beautiful hotel with the best most helpful staff. The food is divine and the bed and pillows make you feel like you are floating on a cloud. Loved it! Beach looks like paradise.

I recently stayed here for a work event. It was the best experience I have ever encountered at a hotel. The staff go out of their way to make you feel like royalty. Thank you so much and I will be back!!!

This is the first time I've ever stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, and it was fantastic. The staff are incredibly attentive, the food was amazing, and the rooms were really comfy and nice. We came down for the weekend for a company event and stayed for two nights. If I got the chance to stay again, I'd jump on it. Next time, I hope to get the chance to use the spa or some of the other luxuries.

High Class hotel. Nice and clean room. Unfortunately, I was able to spend only one night because of the hurricane Irma.( mandatory evacuation the next day before 4:P.M).
    Amazing staff .

Amazing restaurant! We came here for a Miami Spice dinner and they totally delivered. I ordered the oysters for the appetizer and the flank steak as the entrée, whereas my wife ordered the beet salad and the fried snapper. Everything was prepared exquisitely and almost to perfection. The flavor was uniquely delicious in each dish. The dessert, which was a coconut sorbet inside a meringue shell with papaya and passion fruit on the bottom, was also amazing! I had never tried so many distinct flavors before. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone to try this restaurant, especially during Miami Spice. I also heard that Sunday brunch here is excellent, so definitely give it a try!

Resort is beachfront with all the amenities. An east (beachfront) view is worth it. Valet parking only ($40/day) and resort fee is a bit pricey. Resort fee should be included in all room quotes, but it isn't. We had perfect weather for our 4 days.

I recently ate at the new restaurant called Lightkeepers. It replaced the Italian restaurant that was in the Ritz-Carlton. The staff is a huge upgrade as everyone is smiling and friendly and very service oriented. Even the executive chef makes his way out and works the room to make sure everybody knows what the specials are and what pairs well with the food. The steak and the biscuits are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend that folks check out the weekend brunch events that they hold.

Luxurious tropical living..Club Level Guest we were satisfied with the Club Lounge food and drink.
Traveling partner and I had two massages during our short stay, both were excellent.
Mornings we would walk the beach to the lighthouse and back. Nice little workout. They have a huge fitness center too, right next to the large spa.
Enjoyed the beach front and pools. Would recommend this place to anyone that enjoys peace and great ambience.
Miami and SoBe are a very short drive away if you want to get into the nightlife.
Good place for small families. They have a family pool and an adult quiet pool as well as hot tubs and cafes on the beachtoo much to list. Must see!

Great place for a family holiday. Lots of activities to do and the staff is extremely helpful and polite. They are well known for their staff and I was extremely impressed. The beach too is very clean and serene with lots of beach sports.

As to be expected with any Ritz Carlton property, the experience strives to be second to none. Thankfully, due in large part to the staff, The Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne delivers in every regard.

The rooms are of impeccable condition and thoughtful touches exist in every corner.

The restaurants on property don't compare themselves to other resort hotels, but those of the hottest destinations in Miami. Now, they won't replace a Michelin experience, but they certainly aspire to the same standards and delivery.

The only pause I have is that I visited in a relatively "quiet" time, and so while I might expect the same quality in every interaction in a busier time, the frequency might go down.

Update: couple points that limit the experience: ordered room service and the potatoes were actually raw and had dinner and was ignored by waiter for 45 minutes after we finished eating.
