A Great place to stay! The stafg was wonderful they held my things for me when I came early. Great breakfast and location. Was always clean. I felt like it was home. The staff was very polite and kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami.

Great location, close to many restaurants and a small strip mall. Very hospitable staff. Great breakfast options. Property is well maintained and always clean. Their meeting room is well equipped and spacious also.

The hotel has a Caribbean feel to it. The lobby is small but nice. The conference meeting room is medium sized and suitable for a variety of functions. The staff is very professional and service oriented.

I stayed for a week and everyone was very friendly , thank you to Sarah sales director , Jessica Mendez , front desk supervisor and every single person at the hotel ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Rooms are very clean I recommend it 100% . Thank you so much for made my stay so wonderful ❤️.

I booked and confirmed a room for my mother and father to stay the night (Sept 1). They had gotten off an 8 hour flight, only to be turned away AFTER they got there, because of a flooding issue at the hotel. Does management have no responsibility to inform their customers earlier if there is an issue? Because I was not contacted in any form. I found it to be very irresponsible. I'd give them 0 stars, but at least they are working to find another hotel around the vicinity for my parents. I just found it terrible that my elderly parents have to go through this.

EDIT: Was 2 stars, now, if I could give them a 0 I would. When I called to ask what was the situation with the rooms, the front desks words were, in a very unprofessional tone, "The pipe burst 2 days ago, but the damages are expensive and take awhile to fix." Totally understandable, but why weren't we given notice? Also, when at the hotel they were transferred to, they were told the had to pay AGAIN because the Hyatt refunded the costs without telling them. Their hotel rate was higher because of the short notice, and the poor front desk at this hotel had to call back to the Hyatt 3 times to get things sorted. Currently 11:22 PM and they've been there since about 9 PM.

The Hyatt House Miami Airport hotel was very nice. Seems you get a lot of room space for the money. I was in Miami visiting one of my uncles in the hospital, and the family (my cousins) was using this hotel as home base. Location to the airport was great, maybe 7 minutes. Location to the hospital was great, less than probably 15 minutes. I ended up with more room space than I had expected. I'm used to a room with a bed, a bathroom, and some storage space like a closet or alcove for hanging things. This hotel gave me a queen sized bed, two TVs, a corner couch unit, a dressing area and sink with a separate toilet and shower room, and a kitchenette with stove/oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, sink, dishes and silverware, coffeemaker, and the list goes on. WAY more than I expected, and WAY more than I used. The room itself seemed clean and was comfortably cool all night. Water pressure was good. Everything in the room was pretty nice, and way more than I needed or expected. The hallway near my room, and other areas and floors, all seemed to be in need of some cleaning. Small debris made it look dirty in some areas. Granted, I checked in around 6 pm, and checked out at about 6 am, so maybe my timing was off for the cleaning. Compliment breakfast was delicious, and there was plenty from which to choose. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a place where I would definitely consider staying again if I find myself back in Miami!

Nice size rooms for big families, free breakfast , nice size pool. Donughts had mold growing on it. Took it to front desk and they apologized and promptly removed them.

Nice hotel. A few problems with room but fixed promptly. Nest free buffet I've seen in a motel. 2 bedroom suite, basic but suited the bill. We liked it.

We spent 3 days here before going on a cruise. Great location in Brickell central to the shopping, restaurants, and sites we wanted to see. Easy in and out with valet. The arrival was a fast check in and they upgraded us to a suite. Luggage was in the room before we could get upstairs.
