We were lucky enough to stay at the location in Doral Florida during Hurricane Irma. The staff was amazing. They were so friendly and patient with everyone during that stressful time. They deserve a well earned rest afterwards. I would definitely stay at this location againhopefully not during another hurricane! Thank you for all your hard work!

There was an an unpleasant smell, very bad went personally to the front desk with my concern, they send someone when the person arrived I point to him that the most likely it was the air conditioning unit considering the smell is worst when system is running. Don't want to make this to long for you to read but what happens next was horrible. Went out for lunch when we get back the person was finishing the job I noticed the kind of material the he was using and catch my attention I didn't said anything at the moment and waited for him to leave after he left I looked they glued pieces of a material called DUCT INSULATION Foil witch contain fiberglass in it,they placed inside the part that is on top the air conditioning unit witch send the air true a vent to the next room where the bed isI turned the AC.off and went dawn stairs to talk to management, the person in charge was very rude and unprofessional I tried to explain him that what they using is called for a reason DUCT INSULATION is meant to be used in the outside of the air conditioning ducts not in the inside where the air flows but he just didn't care he told me thats a material they used for air conditioning in all the rooms, his response was literally if I want it to leave to do soso we did .we had booked true expedia,,called them explained to them what the problem was,,,they refund our money and yes we moved to a different hotel the same day definitely I will never never stay here again.response / report this review -

Had to move here from Holiday inn as our company changed policies, was happier at Holiday inn as they had housekeeping everyday, here you only get that if you are staying more than 7 days as per front desk, it is what it is, otherwise it's ok.

I enjoyed my stay here at Candlewood. We had a kitchen area so we cooked instead of eating out. Close to shopping, restaurants, has station, and parks. Great outdoor area. Pool area was nice. Cupboard was well stocked. Did not offer breakfast. Had a wash room, exercise room, you could check out board games, blenders, etc. Had a full refrigerator. Nice area, quiet, and children friendly.

I've stayed here twice and was pleased both times with the staff and room. I had the standard room which was spacious with a small kitchen. There was a bit of a humid smell when you first walk in but not terrible. The room was clean, kitchen came with pots, plates and utensils (bring your own cleaning supplies) and bed was soo comfy.The hotel is 100% smoke free.

It's not fancy but it's practical. It's not in a bus routes so having a car is a good idea. You do your own laundry and make your own meals. No breakfast lunch or dinner.

Always have good service here. The rooms are a little dated but nothing to complain about. I had one room that smelled smokey even though it was non-smoking but they had no issues moving me to another room, it just took a little while.
