Checked in early from the Hilton Honors app. Room was as expected with a comfortable bed. Be wary of the food menus that are delivered under your door. They are legitimate businesses. Either someone cooking from home, or a food pickup service marking up the food & bringing it to you.
Been here a month. Great place to stay, well trained, professional and courteous employees. Had the chance to move closer to work but this hotel friendliness won out. Here every employee knows me and my service animal by name, I am not just another customer but a valued family member.
Everything in the room seems dated. If they're charging people $150/n you would think that they would at least update the decor. Its like visiting your grandma. Feels like a 2 star hotel. A/C rattled until I shut the lid. The staff is nice. The lobby and dining area are also nice. A new paint job on the exterior is needed. A modern look is always appreciated. Aloft is cheaper, yet feels nicer.
Service slow. Rooms a little above average. Food is good.van service doesn't cover short run restaurant service. For airplane people. Or people with out transportation.
This is a 4 diamond hotel, with great service and friendly staff. I highly recommend staying here I know would be back. It’s in walking distance to a movie and toco Bell
It was my worst experience. Arrived to meet CSI (not movie) on the scene. Blood splatter in elevator etc. Creepy. The bathroom room vents did not work. Place was musty. In the 2nd day housekeeping did not clean room. I had to go get my own towels from reception. Air condition gave trouble. Now my sinus is bad and I am ill. At 5a.m. an ear wrenching alarm went off. No apology. By 6.30 they were cleaning the hall outside my room from a flood of some sort with a high powered machine. Again no sleep. I should have been refunded for my stay. It was traumatic. I will never stay again and question the quality of any of the Hampton Inns now.
It's hard to rate places these days because prices keep going up and businesses have to lower service levels and facility amenities to keep pace. There are Hampton Inns and Suites but this is not one. The Inns and Suites are newer and nicer. The last one I stayed in was only a few dollars more this this hotel but it was in Mississippi. The facility is modest. The room ok. The beds and linen are great and the bathroom well furnished. Internet was slow with no option to upgrade. So I guess it's ok for the money in Miami.
Dirty floors, television wasn't working. TV turned on but TV programming would not. Breakfast was probably average. Leaf blower was outside my room 8:30 Sunday morning noisy guests slamming doors. I sat beside people during breakfast who had no a/c last night . Pay a few bucks more choose a decent place. I'll never stay here again. I'll NEVER stay at a Hampton Inn for that matter .
Will stay there again. Courteous staff. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The elevators didn't seem to be air conditioned though.
I did enjoy the quality of the rooms.
There's airport shuttle, ask the front desk the timespan between shuttles.
Usually there is breakfast included in the daily rate.
Typical Hampton Inn but location is good. Close to a plaza and Hertz car rental. Friendly staff.
Small rooms..with no fridge..no safe..and old furnitures in the room..staff are nice and friendly
I would recommend this hotel. Just expect your phone to go out if you are on the first floor.
Polite and helpful staff. Nice rooms. Clean gym, not the biggest, but good enough equipment for a decent workout. Nice location with good restaurants in the area.
