Stayed here for a wedding and reserved rooms and the conference space. The guest rooms are phenomenal and we were welcomed with huge fruit trays upon our arrival! The rooms were perfect for our extended stay. We had a wedding shower in the conference room and it was sufficient. Oddly, it's on the 2nd floor but it worked out great because we didn't encounter ground traffic for our private event. Juan and Ally were great to worth with along the process and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

5 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for a night before our cruise. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and staff was friendly and helpful. I would have rated them a 5 but ice maker was broken so we had to call and ask for ice. Two phone calls and an hour later, it was delivered. Teens went to jacuzzi and said it was dirty, luke warm and spitting and not bubbling. Also had to call us to bring 2 bath towels down bc there were no pool towel at the pool. Our room number was 523.

Love the complimentary food and drinks during the week. Such a pleasant surprise! Staff is all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious, but slightly outdated and the bed was not as comfortable as others in comparable hotels. That being said, it was not bad enough where I would not stay here again.

Well located hotel for Miami airport with good views over lake from higher floors. Reception staff are very friendly and courteous. Room was in need of decoration and refurbishment. Hotel lobby was spacious with lots of staging and an internet area. Free parking for guests.

Nice, spacious rooms. Love dinners mon-thurs but breakfast eggs aren't eggs so I can't give 5*. Poolside is fun next to lagoon. Laundry is only by credit card. $2.00 per machine

Stayed here one night before heading to a cruise. The service received was good, the shuttle service and check in was smooth and easy, the room was nice and liked the layout with the bedroom completely separate from the living area. Plenty amenities for an extended stay such as full size fridge, small stove, microwave, coffee maker and utensils and cookware. The complimentary breakfast was satisfying, tasty, and had various hot and cold options. The staff was very helpful and attentive

Nice hotel in a great location for the airport and the work I was doing. Only complaint I had was that the parking lot completely flooded where my car was from a relatively routine south FL burst so I had to walk in over an inch of water to get into my rental car soaking my feet to start the work day. Staff was very nice during the stay so really no major complaints.

Clean cheerful and tastefully simple decorated rooms that would be comfortable for a long-term or short-term stay. Front desk staff is extremely friendly and professional. I will absolutely stay there again. Great value. Beds are very firm fyi.

I truly love staying here. He place is always clean, service is very courteous, and even though it's right next the airport, you really can't hear the sounds of the planes. Watching the duckies in the morning is an added bonus! 😜

Decent hotel with good amenities. Our air conditioning was broken when we first got in, but they quickly upgraded us to a new room. The hotel staff was friendly and provided me with complimentary tooth paste. And set me up with a free shuttle to the airport. Their gym is kind of small, but it did the job. And breakfast was decent - the eggs were not great but they had many other options. Overall, good experience.

We stayed at this hotel overnight prior to going on a cruise. We took the cruise package which included the hotel room, a full breakfast, and a shuttle service to the cruise ship. We arrived at the hotel on Saturday night about 11:30 pm. We called the hotel from the airport and within 20 minutes their free shuttle picked us up. Upon arrival at the hotel we told the front desk that we were starving - they immediately pulled out take out menus from local establishments that deliver and even gave us recommendations. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was very good and many selections - can't beat it for a FREE breakfast. Checkout was simple and the shuttle to the ship was there exactly when they told us it would be. I highly recommend this hotel as a stop prior to or post cruise. It is very close to the airport and a short ride to the cruise ships. Rate was very reasonable and the hotel was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.
