One of the nicest Holiday Inns I've stayed at Only real complaints were that the TV hiccupped every minute or so (probably due to hurricane effects) and the fact that I had to reactivate my key every few days despite the fact I was there for.over a month. Otherwise it was great. Nice Doral Ale House next door with late kitchen close too.

Great place. It’s close to the airport and not too bad on Lyft/Uber to go to Miami Beach or other spots. The staff was friendly and helped us a lot. They also have a shuttle to the airport.

For a holiday inn, this hotel is amazing! The hotel staff is super helpfulfrom the front desk agents, to breakfast attendants, all the way to the shuttle driver who helps you with your luggage and takes you to the airport. I love this place! Its cozy, clean, and freshly decorated. Always smells pleasant! There are a few restaurants aroundand the breakfast is sooooo delicious!

This was immediately after Hurricane Irma: the staff was great despite themselves having just been through a hurricane as well. Excellent service!

Hotel Is old, parking was a nightmare can't barely park a full size vehicle, if arrive at night there will be no parking available I had to park on the grass. Dining area is very small. The room was ok the front door had to be slammed shut didn't close properly. There is only 1 elevator. Room was very humid at night time even with the AC at Max. As an Spire IHG member I was Very disappointed of this place. There is no room service and the menu to order from third party location never answered the phone. Only stayed 1 night glad that I left, not recommend this location unless you're staying over night and don't have a vehicle.

Staff is top notch. Makes up for any shortcomings in the hotel itself like hot hallways and lack of ice machines on each floor. No scanner but staff once again made up for that by scanning documents for me. Good breakfast. Buffet is excellent and they will also cook to order your eggs. Recommended.

Great hotel and very clean. I was not expecting it to be this clean especially since it is an older hotel, but it was very clean. Very convenient for business or leisure and location is great!

The hotel is modern looking, has a good ambiance, the room I stayed in needed the air conditioning running constantly to keep the air humidity level down. Most of the staff are nice and attentive.

Location in good place. Rooms good. didn't experience service. Reason for 2 stars because fire alarm went off for about an hour in the middle of the night and no compensation was given.

Convenient location. Rooms tidy, nice staff, free breakfast. If you like to run or walk there is this perfect 1 mile loop with a lake right across the street.
