Very chic. Always busy because it is close to cruise ship terminals -- about 20-minute drive. Employees are friendly, efficient, and helpful. Lots of restaurants within short walking distance. Variety of cuisines -- Cuban food was delicious. Movie theater and shopping also within walking distance.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable, plus the hotel is in very convenient walking distance from the Amadeus building and loads of great restaurants, bars, a movie theatre, a bowling alley, and two nail salons.

I stayed in this hotel without checking reviews because is part of the Hyatt chain, my mistake because it is not up to the standard of Hyatt. There's a smell of moist in the halls and in the bedrooms. In our room the carpet next to the air conditioning was always wet and it was exactly in the walking path. The bathroom it's very small. The housekeeping was also bad, from no making the bed (happen in one occasion, to not washing the only glasses and coffee cups in the room, to the dust accumulating with the days passing by). This rooms doesn't have kitchenette. The bed is comfortable and the staff at the reception it's very nice and helpful. For what you pay you can find something a lot better and with a kitchen in the neighborhood.

They are doing construction improvements so it's a little hard to give them a good rating but seems like it'll be a nice place when they get done

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. I took one star off because of little things, like a key card that didn't always work, a dead TV remote, and sub-par room cleaning.

Recently renovated, so very nice. Was there during hurricane Irma. Great staff, great manager, everything under control during that hard time. No flood at the hotel, food, electricity, water all available. Really appreciate the friendly service at all times. Definitely will be back.

This place is Amazing. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great. Way above my expectations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Check in was extremely fast and courteous. Hotel is being remodeled. Room was fine. Bathroom could use an update. TV was aged and had burn-in and could use replacing.

Have stayed here three times now. Each time, it seems like this hotel is becoming more of a "kid-friendly" hotel. Would definitely not call this a business hotel and the "free" breakfast is just ok. However, the rooms are VERY spacious and clean. Location is good if you're looking to spend your time in the Doral area. Prices are great - hence the four stars.

Hotel is located near airport in safe area. Plenty of shops and grocery store nearby. Also, no shortage of restaurants. The room was clean and no complaints in regards to service. Have always enjoyed Hyatt.
