It is always a pleasure to stay at any Ritz Carlton. This location has a very nice intimate feel to it and it is decorated beautifully for the holidays. The staff at all levels is helpful and cares for their guests whether it is room service, maintenance, or bell service; all of which I utilized during this stay. If I am in Charlotte this is my go to hotel.

Love the holiday displays, everything else was top notch as expected. We also tried the blt steakhouse and it was great as well. The tuna was sushi grade and the desserts put it over the top

The spa treatments and amenities are amazing. I was relaxed and enjoyed every moment of my treatments. Leilani and Christian are amazing at what they do. However, making appointments was extremely irritating because the phone kept disconnecting me. I had to call back at least 4 times, I would expect better phone lines at a 5 star hotel. Valet parking is efficient.

I visit in Charlotte several times a year and this was my first stay at the Ritz. I was very impressed. The room was spacious and upscale. The food at the adjacent BLT Steak, which is also incorporated into the in room dining, was excellent and the staff was top notch. I also learned that stays at the Ritz grant Marriott rewards points so I'll definitely be staying again.

Was visiting my sister that was staying for the weekend room 1117. Valet my car, hung out for 2 hours. When it was time to leave, we had to pay $18 for valet parking. Really?? I could have park for myself for $5 because it was the weekend, in the evening and for a few short hours. Not to be cheap but I'm not rich either. Left unhappy & disappointed, so disappointed that I didn't even give the valet guy a tip. I just said " your tips is at the front desk, they just stole it"

I would definitely recommend this venue for your wedding. We hosted our marriage ceremony in the Urban Garden. The hotel is centrally located and has an amazing view from the rooms. We did a block for our guests and everyone was satisfied. Most importantly, the staff are very experienced, professional, detail oriented and helpful in guiding us through the whole process. We have had a great time and our wedding was perfection!

Beautiful hotel. Staff was so welcoming and professional. I had drinks & appetizers in BLT Restaurant and it was wonderful. It is especially beautiful during the holidays. The decorations were a highlight to my visit.

It is one of the nicer hotels in Charlotte, and it is centrally located in the heart of the city and its attractions. You can walk to anything from this location in the city in 15 minutes, which is great for football, basketball, conventions, festivals, or even just local restaurants and shops.

The downstairs lobby and bar is cozy and comfortable, the upper0-level bar is okay, if small and crowded, and the spa is a great way to spend a day, as you get access to the pool and amenities during your stay.

Don't forget to try some of the local honey sourced from the rooftop beehives.

Stayed the night for our wedding anniversary. We had an absolutely great time. The room was wonderful. Ate in the lobby at BLT Steak and had a wonderful meal. Whenever we needed anything, the staff at the hotel was fabulous! We couldn't have been more happy with our stay.

My wife and I have visited some very nice Spas over the years, and rate our experience at the Ritz Carlton Charlotte among the best. The customer service was exceptional, and the spa was very well appointed with all the amenities you'd expect from a luxury spa. What an amazing day at the Spa highlighted by phenomenal massages provided by 2 of the best massage therapists in Charlotte.

We recommend both Alberto and Leilani w/o hesitation.

I had a great recent experience at the Rirz starting with a young gentlemen who helped me with our reservations ( l believe his name was Stephen). From the very first conversation I knew I was not at just another hotel but what you would would expect from a world class establishment like the Ritz. When people sound like they care about your situation and and care, it really makes a difference and the I am very aware of attention to detail by others. Just want to thank Stephen and the Ritz for a world class stay and we will be back soon.

I spent a day at the Ritz-Carlton spa and it's amazing. If you go for a service (I booked a facial which was amazing), then you have access to the rest of the spa for the day which includes an indoor pool, private cabana areas, hot tub, sauna, relaxation rooms, and a cutting edge gym. I plan to go back for a massage soon. I haven't been as relaxed as I was that day, in a long time.

Enjoyed an evening after work at the Punch Room with friends. Drinks were exceptional, carefully crafted and personally detailed by Bob Peters, Charlotte's most gracious bartender. The Punch Room is beautiful, comfortable and intimate, never overly crowded, and each employee we encountered was welcoming and friendly. Bob Peters and Larry Suggs are consummate professionals, excelling at their craft and grounded in Southern hospitality. My favorite place to enjoy a cocktail Uptown.
