I like this hotel. The Stoke Bar n restaurant has a decent food.I love Coco director coffee shop. It is neat and great ambience.

I love the newly updated Center City Marriott. The rooms are good for singles, groups and business travelers plus the open layout of the lobby is both fast and casual. Also, Stoke and Coco are great additions to uptown, not just the hotel.

Great service, cool design, and executive lounge that’s way worth the extra mile! This is one the best location convenient for those who want to see a concert, game, shopping, or just site seeing! Wait staff helped open the door for me because I had hands full with 5 Togo waters and needed help with opening the door. She said all you have to do is push it, I thought she meant the button, so I said can you still help me? She kindly did so, and I felt dumb after that happened! Great staff, and beautiful views! Hope you really enjoy your stay here!

Absolutely great hotel rooms. I love the vinyl tile in the rooms. The deluxe is spacious with a contemporary touch it was a great stay and I will be returning to this particular hotel again. It is in a great location within walking distance to the Charlotte Hornets stadium if you don't mind a little hike and lots of restaurants to try. Staff was exceptional and always willing to help.

This hotel is centrally located in Charlotte's uptown area. It is within easy walking distance of the entire uptown area. It has been newly renovated with very clean well-appointed rooms. The lobby is well suited for get-togethers. The rooms have no carpeting which gives them an updated look. The bathroom door is a translucent glass Barn Door which is stylish, but does not lock. The hotel has no swimming pool. It does have a very large gym area.

Only there for one night. Really nice room. Faux hardwood floors in room, modern look. Great closet space. Comfortable beds. Was miserable to get to with all the construction during my trip, but that's no fault of the hotel. Would stay there again!

Nice hotel. Very stylish and pretty. I did not like that the only parking option is valet. Some of us have valid reasons for not wanting to hand our cars over to a stranger. There should always be something available to us oddballs.

Perfect location, amazing staff, stunning rooms! We had a blast walking around downtown Charlotte. We were within walking distance to the Panthers stadium, a big park (that had some sort of Festival), the Hornets stadium, a huge outdoor restaurant and shopping center. It was the perfect weekend getaway ❤️I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman that gave us good info on where to go. He told us about a 1990s arcade and bar, he was so knowledgeable. He looked at us and knew exactly what direction to point us in.

Free wine tasting everyday 5:30-7:30. It's not what you might think. You only get to try 2 wine's. I have been to better wine tasting at the liquor store. Only plus was the Lady doing the wine tasting. She was very nice and knew about the wine.

One of the best hotels. Luxurious, comfortable and trendy. Rooms feel a bit small as I am a platinum in Marriott I get upgraded but I still feel the same compared to other Marriott or spg hotels. I guess a lot of travelling makes you too picky on small things.

We stayed 2 nights in room 1625 this weekend, then when we arrived home we found bites on two of the people that stayed in our room. One person received over 20 bites on the leg and abdomen, in groups of threes, characteristic of bed bugs. I notified the hotel and they said housekeeping would call me. They never did. Be sure to check in and around your bed closely at this hotel. Dry everything on high when you get home. I now have to pay an exterminator to make sure I did not bring any home with me.

The people are so nice there. I cannot say enough about the friendly staff. I stay here for business purposes. They always remember my name even when I have been gone over the weekend. My wife comes to visit with our son sometimes and they always stop and visit with with them as well and are so excited to see our baby. They always bring a smile to my face.

This hotel must have been renovated recently (as of Jan 2017) because it felt very modern throughout. The room was clean and comfortable, there were plenty of places to sit and work there were plugs in very convenient locations. The restaurants and lounge were fantastic. The service was very friendly and fast. The check in desks are a little weird, but not necessarily bad. The fitness center was spotless and all of the machines that I used worked just fine.
