Loud. We're on the equivalent of the 10th floor and the street noise is loud all the time. Hotel is just ok, nothing special. Middle of uptown so good location. Short walk to most things including BoA Stadium.
Parking is tight driving in but the spaces are nice if you don't want door dings, lots of end spots.
Oddly they cleaned our room carpet BEFORE check in and it was still wet. Weird to do that on a busy game weekend. Not super happy about that.response / report this review -

Stayed here for a long weekend. They charged me twice for my room. The manager wasn’t friendly at all when I called for help. Saying I should have read the paper “ Scotched Taped” to the desk about how they bill you. I travel monthly for work, and I have never been charged twice for my stay. Saying one charge is for this and the other is when you leave is ridiculous. I don’t have time to be calling my bank to get my the other $400 put back into my account. Ps: my total was 399.23 and they rounded it up to a straight $400. The 77¢ doesn’t bother me. It’s the extra $400 they took.

We arrived at 5:30 PM and we were told our rooms were not ready. Could not check-in until 6:00PM!! We had prepaid for our rooms or we would have left. Once in room, found bathroom floor dirty, cover on AC unit was off and on the floor. My daughter's room had a huge cockroach on the ceiling. Then we discovered several $20.00 charges on our credit card from this hotel??

It was not the best hotel I ever stayed in but it served the purpose. DOn't expect anything special. Basic amenities, fairly fast free wireless internet. Bar serves tasty breakfast, lunch meals and staff is really friendly and helpfull.

Very friendly service during pride weekend. Only thing I wish they did better is telling us that the street was blocked due to pride. We kept driving in circles until we figured out that we had to go thru a one way the wrong way but it was ok for the hotel guest. The room was very clean. When we got to the room we apparently didn't understand the door not opening easily. There was a male that obviously worked there and noticed our dispare. He helped us without hesitation instead of ignoring us and pretending we sent exist like most people. The guy that checked us in was very friendly and very informative about the amenities. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.

The service was absolutely amazing!! Everyone was friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their face. The room was nice as well. Nothing too fancy but definitely somewhere I would stay again.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Wish they let us have more than 3 devices connected to their wifi at a time. Apart from that it was a great stay.

I visited people staying in a suite here. The room was really nice and spacious. The foyer is a little weird and it was pretty busy with groups meeting there. The business centre is just some desks behind the lounges so it's hard to concentrate when the other groups are being noisy.

Nice hotel! We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, and location was convenient for the event we were attending. Would stay here again if staying uptown.

Rooms were clean, location was fantastic. I stayed in a spa king - there was no whirlpool tub per the description on the site but there was a rainfall shower that was really nice. Will definitely stay here again.

Extremely clean hotel, great price for such a nice hotel. Great location with AMAZING views!!! Chris at the front desk was extremely friendly and very helpful. It's nice to see someone who loves their job as he does in this day and age! This is now my official hotel when I'm staying in uptown!
