My daughter and I loved the hotel!! Rurz Carlton Cleveland just renovated their rooms and they are absolutely beautiful! In definitely looking forward to staying again to have another Mother and daughter trip!

You better make sure to arrive at least 4 hours early if you have any time specific commitment. The rooms are nice but if a room is supposed to be done by 3pm you might get lucky and get in by 5pm.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

The Ritz Carlton, Cleveland has very spacious rooms. They are currently doing some renovations, but we couldn't tell that from our room. The staff went out of their way to accommodate for the noise by offering earplugs,. Sound machines, and noise cancellation headphones. None of these were needed. The room decor was nice. We had a comfortable bed, which is sometimes hard to find. The updates to the room was nice. Very modern feel. My husband and I came here to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary. Our room had complementary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on our arrival. We did have a couple of issues that came up with our room, but they were delt with promptly. Overall a very nice break for us. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Located on Huron Road, in the heart of Cleveland Ohio, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel is a Crown Jewel of the booming hotel scene in downtown Cleveland. During my experience there, I was treated as an honored guest with excellent attending staff.

Not the best or worst Ritz I've stayed at.

The small check-in desk makes for a very cold welcome and a long wait when I arrived. I must be spoiled by the other location because I wasn't offered water on arrival or (if I get lucky) champagne.

The room itself was nice and bed was exactly what I expected; amazing and comfortable. Slept like a king.

Pizza and desert room service was okay. I believe the dough might of came out of a bag.

Room was missing coffee condements.

Over all the staff is friendly, the updated rooms are nice and very clean. However, I will probably try the Renaissance if I'm ever back in town.

The service was impeccable, as usual and the Mother's Day brunch was spectacular, as usual. The valet parking was outstanding, as usual however my only pain point was an undisclosed Service Fee of 23% added to the bill and highlighted. When I asked the waitress if that was the gratuity she said it wasn't. So, by the time you add 25% for gratuity and pay the service charge (like it's room service) you're actually paying an additional 48%! There are a lot of great restaurants in town with the same service, quality and you'd be saving 23%

Stayed one night during a business trip. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and informative about the area. Being directly connected to the Casino, Mall, Movie Theatre and Arena made it very convenient to enjoy our evening after the meeting. If needing to stay a night in Cleveland again, I would revisit.

Ballrooms were beautiful and the service cordial and attentive. The staff was more than accommodating from the front door, to the coat check attendant, and all of the foodservice pros. Fantastic evening.

Was there for a meeting. The staff were exceptional in the way they assisted us. Everything was clean and classy, expected. This was particular nice as I know they are undergoing renovations. You could not even tell. The only drawback was the running out of breakfast items. Still All class.

This place is great! Friendly and helpful staff that can direct you easily to anywhere you need to be in town. It was my girlfriend's birthday and they had complimentary chocolates, cupcakes, and champagne waiting in the room. This place is a treasure and the location couldn't be better. You're attached to Tower City which is attached to the Jack Casino and you're two or so blocks from 4th street which has an awesome food/bar/comedy scene. Highly recommended!

I had a suite and the rooms were very nice. Towels were very soft / fluffy and will toiletry products were a decently large size, unlike some other hotels where running out could potentially be an issue. The check in and check out processes were quick and easy, the staff was very courteous. It's easy to get a taxi out front all hours of the day, even though the Ritz is not located on a busy street.
