Nice hotel in a great location in downtown Asheville. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was good. However, only three stars because they don't disclose that parking is an additional $16 per night regardless of valet or self-parking. This should be included in the price and nothing feels more like a bait and switch than the extra fees.

Stayed here for a weekend and location is great for downtown as well as Biltmore. Spotless lobby and rooms. Looked new. Parking can be a bit tricky if you arrive in late evening. Will definitely stay here again. Well worth the $. Many were much more expensive, with same amenities.

Clean, comfortable, secure Good beds and prices. It room was just a bit small but sufficient. Having stayed at elite level hotels, this is a solid 3+ Star and would stay here again

While the room was nice and clean there was a strange smell. Not really smoke smell or a bad odor but a strange smell. The lay out of the room was nice and the service was very professional. The a/c unit didn't seem to work efficiently and I wound up running the fan on it all night which I think wound up making me a little sick. I also had to go to the front desk the next morning to retrieve my bill. It wasn't left under the door like most other hotels where I've stayed. They do include a free breakfast that was quite adequate.

Great stay! Very clean hotel. During our stay, the cleaning staff here were working constantly to clean the property. Their efforts are very evident. Super front desk staff. Will return if we are back this way. Close enough to downtown and a short drive to Biltmore. Safe area, quiet rooms, and parking lot was well lit. We were considering hotels closer to Biltmore Village but the rates here and access to downtown caused us to reconsider. Glad we did!

Nice rooms, clean. Staff seems nice. The door lock to the pool area seams to be faulty, as it wouldn't open. The desk attendant just said keep trying, it'll open. So it's apparently an issue they know about but haven't bothered to fix. But that's my only issue, everything else was great. Breakfast was solid as far as hotel breakfasts go. We hopped around several breweries, and it was nice with the hotel being so close to downtown.

Amazing! We walked into our room and the air conditioning was already running - not sure if this was because the entire hotel was booked for the eclipse or normal, but either way it was so nice to walk in to a cool room :) incredibly clean! The carpets don't feel gross under my feet and there was no sign of mold, mildew, or bugs - I looked hard because I have bad mold allergies and hate bugs. The hotel looks like it was recently renovated. The breakfast was a nice spread. Pool is on the smaller side but it is nice, as is the fitness center. Staff was very friendly. Impressed by my stay and most definitely recommend.

Stayed in early May. The room was great, very clean and comfortable bed. Enjoyed the breakfast on two mornings. Family enjoyed the pool. Also, there was a fitness center. They provide the local Asheville paper and the USA TODAY paper. Locate near the mall and many restaurants. It was an easy drive to downtown and to the Biltmore House. I would return here on another visit. I didn't give it 5 due to not enough drawer space and the bath light and fan were together which was annoying.

Very nice staff and very updated facilities. Not sure if it's a new hotel or has just gone under a renovation but very clean and tidy. No smells. No stains. Breakfast was a generous yet still complementary. Water pressure in shower was lacking just a bit in my opinion. Would definitely recommend this to friends.

Great location for everything in Asheville. The rooms were clean and neat just like you'd expect. Loved the indoor pool during the snow storm. Would recommend this place for folks visiting the area. Rates were also reasonable.

This place is great! Comfortable beds with pillow selection. Clean with a nice variety and tastes breakfast foods. Pool and gym are super nice and clean. Everything is updated, staff helpful and nice. I'd def stay here again. Hotel is also close to downtown, 5 min away with Uber or a mile walk. There is also plenty to do around the hotel if you didn't want to experience downtown

Booked a room for a quick two day trip to Asheville. We were very impressed with the staff, super friendly and helpful. We booked a king bed suite and we were very happy with it. The bed was amazing, very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for my taste but I like a large firm pillow. No big deal still slept great! The room was very comfortable, nicely appointed and super clean. Good hot water in the shower and nice bathroom. The pool was great, as was the hot tub. Very convenient location. We will be back.
