We stayed in a king junior suite in the corner of the sixth (top) floor. Accommodations were nice, but not overly ritzy. They provide a bath robe, but no slippers. Nice large windows, but did not feel private at all. Windows looked out on shopping area and the highway. Highway noise was surprisingly loud. We could hear the guests next door get into their shower while in bed. Friendly staff. Nice pool area, although as with most hotels, it was rather chlorine-drenched. Roux, the hotel restaurant was actually a nice dinner spot. Right next door to the regal theater and some shopping. With traffic, it took between 25-30 to get downtown asheville. Overall, nice overnight stay.
Some of my friends and I went to Ruex. The set up was very nice and I was happy to here they are very environmentally friendly and that a lot of their food came from local purveyors. Our server was very kind and helpful. My salmon was supposed to be BBQ rubbed and have a honey mustard glaze but it seemed plain when I got it. I shouldn't complain because I didn't ask them. The Popeye was lacking some flavor and my friend found three inedible bites of chicken in it which he was sad about because it was 17 dollars. I would say we were generally unimpressed with the food for the cost. But all and all it was still a nice experience.
We needed a place to stay on short notice with our dog. We decided to stay at the Hilton at Biltmore.
Check in was super easy and everyone loved Gatsby!
The room was very nice and overlooked a nice little square. We were only here for one night, but I'd come back here just to explore all the stuff right around the hotel.
Great location for visiting Asheville. 20 mins to downtown or to the Biltmore. A little over an hour to mountain areas. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good but very busy. Nice area to walk, shop, and eat without having to drive.
Right off interstate and allows dogs. There were quite a few restaurants with in the out door shopping area. The hotel is modern, clean and has free coffee in morning, which is unusual for full service Hilton. Employees are helpful and friendly. If traveling through with a dog, highly recommended.
Wonderful hotel. Rooms are beautiful, as are the views. Front desk staff very friendly, and the food in the restaurant is top notch. Definitely a great place to stay in Asheville.
The staff at the front desk is incredible! They were so attentive, even in a busy time with multiple people checking in and calling. Not everyone can those situations so smoothly. They also went out of their way to make my wife feel special for her birthday. Thank you guys so much! This was the perfect getaway while escaping hurricane Irma.
The check in process was very easy and able to be done in my phone The hotel was super clean upon arrival. Staff was very helpful and attentive regarding our needs and luggage. It was just after my birthday, and there was a nice card and some treats left in the room. Bathroom was clean, which is important to me. Room had a great view, and was very quiet. I never heard the elevator or another guest's door all evening. We did visit the pool and hot tub. Both were clean, and towels provided. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.
We had the best stay here this past weekend! From the moment we walked in, the staff was super friendly! Quickest check-in I have ever experienced! The rooms were BEAUTIFUL, beds were comfy, and the bathroom was WOW! modern, glass shower.. very nice! The view from our room was beautiful, the only thing I hated was the room we picked you could also see the roof tops of the building down below.. that was the only thing I didn't like, I would choose a different view next time! We only paid 10 bucks a night for Valet parking and SO WORTH IT! no wait to get your car! THEN when you step outside, there are shops and places to eat, so you don't even need your car!! We loved it here and will go back again! The staff deserves to be noticed - they did a splendid job! so nice!
We have great drinks at the bar with Jay. He crafts tasty cocktails! Ian makes our time enjoyable too. Both go out of their way to serve even when they are hopping with business.
Once again, the Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park delivered on every level. From check-in to breakfast, the staff was both attentive and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable & clean, and the level of amenities is on par with some of the finest properties in the country. As a loyal HHonors member, Ive grown to anticipate exceptional quality and comfort, but the staff at this property makes all the difference! Be sure to ask for Phillip if you need anything!
The best hotel stay we've ever had! We were treated amazingly by all staff, the food from roux was delicious and we had a great view from our room. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Asheville!
The room was nice. The staff were accommodating to our needs. The location was great! Overall, it was an awesome place to stay.
The area the hotel is in has a lot of shops and restaurants for people to go to. The beds were comfy and the hotel staff were friendly. I would recommend staying here if visiting Asheville.
