Room was nice for the price. There was some construction going on next to the hotel, but we didn’t hear any noise. Surprisingly quiet! The gentleman at the front desk was accommodating when we needed help printing our tickets for the Biltmore. Close to downtown, only a 6 minute drive. Overall great stay for the price.

This motel is newly renovated. The room was nice and clean. And, everything was great except the attitude of the man at the front desk. So, I couldn't give a perfect 5 stars.

Awesome staff.. my family traveled here from Tampa looking for four double rooms and they were very helpful they're even going to work with us if we need to stay longer due to the hurricane in Florida the rooms are clean the location is good and the price is right. They also allow pets which is very important during the evacuation

The location is great, however that is about the only good thing. The rooms were gross and we ended up not even staying the full night because we were so unhappy. We had the unfortunate pleasure of having a room in the stairwell (literally our door opened to the stairwell) which meant that we got to enjoy all manner of loud people throughout the night. At 3am, we were so miserable that we ended up cutting our stay short and leaving. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

First impression is everything. We were met at check-in with a lecture as to why we should have never received such a 'cheap rate' online and it was a glitch and if the manager was there that our rate would have been changed to the basic nightly rate. We were placed in an upstairs room in the back behind a concrete pillar and we were unable to even see our car, so we requested to move down a room. The room was clean and the outside was also very clean. Zero issue with the cleanliness of the facility. At 2:00am an individual decided to have a party outside out door. Literally outside our door. I had to call the front desk and was told "I'll try to talk to him when I finish with a customer I am with". The party continued for a while. I would rate this a 3, had I not been lectured about the price that was offered and I reserved on line. Honestly, the rate was not even that great! It was about 109/night which is not cheap for this quality. I will not return.

This was a decent room with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The front desk people were friendly and it was quiet at night. Our room was right next to the office and hidden behind the stairs. If we look out the window, we'd just see the stairs-no view at all. There was a bit of nose in the morning with people rolling carts, etc.

Wonderful experience. The rooms were very clean, and comfy. Kay at the front desk was amazing, she suggested some great locals attractions to see and places to eat at. She was super friendly, and helpful! Definitely recommend staying here!!!

We were so tired to keep driving so we stop here. Awesome for the price but I've been in other hotels for the same price and this one exceded my expectations, so clean, super nice front desk attendant and super nice breakfast. We got a mini fridge and microwave with no hesitation!!! Nice area full of restaurants and even a mall Close to hospitals and close to downtown Ashevillecoming back again!
