We came at a time when parties were happening so we were told that we could wait at the bar while some tables were cleared. We were never told a table was ready, only when we asked an hour later. When we were seated a server didn't come to us, again until asked for. When the server arrived she stared at us awkwardly, no welcome, and just waited for our order. I assume she thought since we were waiting so long we were just going to fire off our order at her but this was our first time here and kind of wanted some explanations of the plates. Just ordered the food and drinks and went on with the night. Our food came out before our drinks and after asking for the drinks again they came out. It felt very much as if we were not welcome there. Although the food was fantastic, we will not be coming back.

I absolutely love the Sunday brunch. Took family from out of town here and they claimed it as their spot. It literally has something for everyone.

I was at the reef to DJ an Engagement event. Access to load and unload was pretty easy using a dolly. Not super fancy, but great view of the harbor. Food was pretty good too. Self parking is limited.

My wife and I got married here. This place has delicious food and great and attentive staff. It gets busy during brunch on weekends! Get there early! :)

Horrible. I hate buffets to begin with but this place was especially ghetto. The food was of low quality and little variety. The only good thing was the service. The server repeatedly filled our champagne glasses.

Found PUBIC HAIR in my napkin during dinner tonight. This is a cloth napkin with utensils wrapped inside. I was shocked and disgusted, that some stranger's pubic hair was on the napkin I was about to wipe my mouth on..
I brought it up to the hostesses at the front and they got the manager. He immediately dismissed it as "any other hair" and shook it off to the ground, as if he's getting rid of evidence so other customers wouldn't see. This was not a head, leg, or armpit hair. This was definitely a thick pubic hair. He asked "what do you want?", as if I placed pubic hair on purpose to get compensated. I asked for a new napkin. I felt humiliated and even more disgusted on how the manager treated me.
By the time I got back to my table, I had lost my appetite and canceled my meal. I sat there waiting for my family to finish their meals and left.
It was my first time going to The Reef, because of high Google reviews and it was right by the Queen Mary Ship, but I'm never coming back.response / report this review -

Excellent brunch. The rooftop has some great views over looking the water. I was here for a wedding and the views/food/service was greatly appreciated. I would visit again. 8/10!

The service was a bit slow, even to receive our menus. There was only another couple at a table so the restaurant was not crowded, and our waitress got our orders mixed up. The ambiance was great, but it took a while to get served.

Excellent wait staff. Valet parking as there is very little self parking. Good selection of food. Seafood offering of crablegs, prawns, oysters and clams. Cow cheeses. Won't see much in terms of high end gourmet dishes however there is a good selection and everything is well prepared

We came here for our family Thanksgiving celebration. All I can say about the champagne buffet is Wow, and on the harbor channel, too. I came here for my high school winter formal 50 years ago. It is still, clean, up to date and great food and service all on a very busy day. We sat outside on a beautiful sunny day. We'll be back and often.

6-4-17 Waitress was nice. Food not so good as the starter plate took 35min to make and was cold chewy and stale and over cooked, not what i expected for $25 Then the clam chowder came and it had an odd smell, after one bite i discovered it was full of jalapenos.. Why!!! It was like a can of clam chowder soup mixed with a can of chopped jalapenos. I have a strong stomach and like spicy foods but this has had my stomach in knots for an hour now.

With graduation and reception celebrations was a bit noisy but the food, server, hostess and view was excellent! So often you here about the bad reviews and the good ones are not always mentioned. Thank you for a very nice evening for 2. Can't wait to go back and try something else? Great Job Reef!

What a great view! Full harbor view, the staff were friendly as efficient! Seated according to our preference and served in a timely matter. The salmon was amazing!!! The ginger sauce was delicious and the coconut rice with that mixture was absolutely fantastic!! Highly reccimmended! Not to mention the fresh calamari, wow. Worth every penny. Will be retuning soon!

Our go-to for Sunday brunch! Sit in Augie's section for fun and lots of energy! BEAUTIFUL venue for weddings & receptions. We got married here and go back every year for our anniversary
