I will be honest I was a bit nervous going into the dealership only because I had never stepped into one before. The gentleman who goes by the name Rock n Roll Russ, greeted my friend and I politely and courteously. He made sure that we sat on any of the bikes we were interested in, and that they had available there. On top of that he even showed us the used inventory in the garage they have out back which was really cool. It showed us that he wanted us to know we have options when it comes to purchasing a bike. Everyone from the sales team to the parts/accessories are helpful. Without a doubt I recommend anyone to go in.

Best Harley dealership I've been to, period. It's small but staff are super friendly and you can find pretty much anything you need as far as clothing, accessories, parts and services.

Freddy is my go to man and he's always super friendly and open to resolving any questions we might have regarding the bikes.

Ask if you can visit their Harley museum! It's a small spot on top of their warehouse but they have some pretty awesome bikes there.

Richard always takes care of us when we rent and we've had no problems whatsoever.

Free coffee and some snacks are offered in their little lounge and restrooms are always clean.

All in all, this is the best Harley dealer I've visited so far and I will continue to purchase my bikes here.

Employees here suck, we bought a bike and they said they were going to give us another key (most places will give you 2so you have a spare) but they never did! We followed up with them twice and they just don't respond. The person who did the financing was also a piece of work, treated is like we weren't worth his time a real d-bag

Most Harley Davidson shops you walk into are populated with workers who love motorcycles. That make you feel at home and you feel like you belong there. This place is one of my favorites. The bike culture is alive and well here. The employees are incredible, no pressure and are there to help you out. They have a motorcycle rental program which is pretty cool. Especially if you're looking to buy but would like to spend a date test-driving you might just get lucky and find that they have the model you're looking for as a rental.

Rented a bike for almost a week and everything went perfect. Richard and the rest of the staff were super helpful and accommodating of us and made sure our trip went perfect. Highly recommend if you are traveling in the area and need to rent a bike!

I have to leave this review because I am blown away by the exceptional service I received at a Harley dealership of all places. I haven't spent much time at other dealerships but I don't plan on it since there isn't a need. Rich in the service department and the entire team at Glendale Harley Davidson are nothing but hard working, good hearted individuals. Their knowledge and exceptional service have restored my faith in big companies. Rich guided me step by step in repairing my XL1200N leaving no stone unturned. When there was an opportunity to save me money, he took it, pushing my bike through the repair process amongst the 50 other bikes until it was finished. I can't say enough about everyone I've encountered, from the counter staff, to the mechanics to the GM Daniel himself, everyone has been nothing but courteous and kind. If you're having doubts, swing by and shake a hand or two, my guess is you'll be as happy as I when you leave. Someone give Rich a raise!!
