Overcharged me for a flat tire. Promised it early next day. Just called in the afternoon, they said they don't even have it yet. Never called me. Just not a good place to take your vehicle

They'll cook up any cock and bull fabrication to scare the owner into believing that the minute they drive out of the shop the car's gonna fall apart if you don't buy into what they say. Avoid it at all cost. Don't fall into the trap.

My tire was poked with a screw. What they did was just removed the screw put a rubber cement and put air on the tire without repairing the tire. After a few days, the tire pressure monitoring system light came off again showing the tire was flat again. I will never go back to this shop again.

Please do not come here. They will use every excuse to get you to pay more. "oh that is only available from the dealership" or "well everyone else has this same problem and they go with this option" . They will overcharge you they make up excuses for their ridiculous prices. Just don't.

I'm adding my Yelp review here on Google Local Guides because I spoke to a friend who had a bad experience here recently--I said, "Why would you go there, it has consistent 1-star reviews." She told me it was a 3.5 (she thought: good enough when you just need a few things checked out). Come to find out on Yelp all of the 1-star reviews are suppressed due to their algorithmand possibly it's because of so many first-time Yelpers being moved to give this place a review.
AVOID THIS LOCATION.
Really wish that I had visited Yelp (edit: and read even the non-recommended posts) before going into this place! My boyfriend had been needing to get an oil change for his car, and while he has a place he likes near his house and I know a few spots near mine, we happened to be near the mall and this just seemed so convenient!
So very wrong--stick to who you know, people! Oil changes take 20 to 30 minutes at the most. Even then, I feel like we were pretty patient, not grumbling about it too much, even though we had somewhere to go. They gave a 30-minute estimate for time and it took them over 50 minutes. The mechanic even gave some attitude when my boyfriend was surprised that it wasn't ready when we got back from killing time at the mall. Seriously? Get over yourself. The guy at the front was nice enough, a tad curt when explaining the pricing, but I figured it was just a busy day.
Fine, they upsell you. Even the dealer and your local mechanic will do that a little. But they push the same transmission fluid crap to every person who walks in there (I know, I overheard the mechanic giving the same scripted line to the people next to ussounds iffy). At least change it up?
Now here's the worst part of this experience: As soon as we got back on the road, it really seemed like something was wrong. In all the oil changes I've gotten (and the ones my boyfriend has gotten for that car), I've never experienced such a loud engine afterwards. It revs up really weird now, and my boyfriend has now decided to go to the dealer to check if any harm was done. We wouldn't be thinking any of this if it wasn't such a weird experience and if the place didn't seem so shady. It could be something harmless or something far more serious. If this turns out to be a more serious issue, I'll definitely be reporting this place.
I would've waited to write this review until he gets the car to the dealer, but I just needed to warn people. I never give one-star reviews to places that at least try to provide quality service and the attitude as well as the time delay are enough to warrant this one-star rating.

Not honest. I go in for an oil change & they say I need a new axel, I didn't purchase it because I was in a hurry, I had to bring my car back the following day because it was uncontrollably leaking oil (didn't seal up the oil change properly) and another mechanic says oh no, you don't need an axel, however your brakes are bad. If I would have bought the axel the previous day, it would have been a complete WASTE of money $200+ down the drain. What happened to honest mechanics? Don't waste your $$ here

Been to many auto parts in hand and paid for them to fix my car to pass smog and never fixed it but they got down to the problem and they fixed it im very pleased with the customer service they provided Thank you ! Doug and Staff great people!!! If you got issues with the smog this is the place to fix it !!!

I've been going for years and then I stopped after being cheated I heard that they had gotten new management and it was local to my house so I gave it another try and u was disappointed once again. I paid for two oil changes in for my car and another for my ladies car and neither of the two received the oil change I paid for. I'm not wasting my time any more
