No better place in So Cal to see a movie. The theater seats are always impeccable. Company policy is three trailers and no ads. It’s a bit more expensive but any cinephile will say it’s worth it. I’ve been a member since they opened. Wine is served too, alongside the popcorn.

It's really nice. Best service I've received in a theater, and very comfortable /clean. The only thing I didn't care for, is the price for drinks & food. Though its a theater, and considering the caliber of service, the structure, as well as the comfort and seatings, it should be expected.

Fantastic, clean, attendees very helpful and freindly. Sound was very good but I will have to wear ear plugs, cause as a senior citizen, I need to tone the sound down on all my audio players at home.

I AM OUTRAGED, me and two friends bought tickets for IT with parent consent (my friends dad bought them) unfortunately he had to leave to go to a work event so we were left to go in the theater by ourselves. we attempted to enter and we were refused VERY rudely by multiple employees. they were condescending and unhelpful. IN FACT i have previously seen IT twice before with parents. the movie does not need to be rated R and they should allow people over 13 into the theater. i will no longer be attending archlight because of this bad experience. would give 0 stars if possible.

Interesting concept being tried by this theater in that they don't show any advertising preshow. They also have a live employee to remind you to silence your phone and show you where the emergency exits are. The seats are decent enough with wide armrests. I am giving the low rating because they serve the worst popcorn I have encountered in a long time. It is stone cold and semi stale on a weekend no less when there should be high volume. It tastes like it was commercially popped and not popped in the theater. And it is the priciest of the major theater chains. Awful.

With the cost of movie theatre tickets in general I would rather go to a decent theatre like an ArcLight. I'll pay the premium and they deliver a better experience.

Love this theater! Rooms are always clean. Great staff and they validate parking so it should only be $2.00 after.

Nice theater in the heart of Pasadena. Prices can be a little high, but since you purchase your ticket online and reserve seats, there's less stress about making the movie early. They have a bar up front, so easy to order food to take into the theater, not to mention the several restaurants right outside in Paseo. Parking is underground in the combined lot.

this is my go to place for movies. It is a little more money then some other chains but the quality is much better. The theaters are cleaner and staff more friendly. I also find that the movie times are better laid out so you are not forced into seeing 3D showings. The membership is a nice perk as well.
