BEWARE of this hotel.
1. Flat pillows, no mattress cover, just fitted sheets.GROSS!

I was there recently, checked out and when looking at my credit card charges see an additional fee of $50 which they label as “curtains”.
I’m a working professional there for a business meeting. Barely spent time in my room and was there basically just to sleep etc. Stayed for two days, and according to them, I decided to break the curtain rod the last day of my stay. Wow? Sounds like a scam to me! I was traveling alone and again for business matters. When I spoke to guest services to dispute this charge, I asked for her full name and she couldn’t give me her last name. I then asked for the hotel managers full name and again said she couldn’t disclose that information. I’ve never heard of such a thing. This place is not only gross but I think it’s a scam what they are trying to pull off. I’ve never written a single review and was so disgusted by this place and service that I was compelled to write one. If you decide to stay here, please be careful with additional charges for things you never broke and good luck getting a good nignt’s sleep! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

Beautiful hotel and resort! Friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms. Bar and pool area were amazing. Free shuttle to local parks and attractions. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice place to stay. Staffs are very friendly. The place is calm. If you are visiting universal studios Florida, then this resort is your best pick. Lots of food outlets nearby. My stay was very comfortable and very pleasant.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Wow. These people are spectacular. Yes everyone smiled and greeted and were wonderful, even those that didn't speak much English. My exuberance is dye to how they always went above and beyond what was necessary when helping us.

First they gave us a room despite not having any available and accepted our dogs when they don't allow them. (We were returning from evacuation and had two horrible days of driving and they could see we were headed for a nervous breakdown).

Even after they had bent over backwards, they doubled up by trying to accommodate our every need, so much so that we had to ask them to stop. :-)

Clean rooms. Very comfortable beds and a very nice pool. We ended up taking advantage of their generosity and stayed and extra night. Thanks and when we ever start going to Universal, this will be the first place we book.

Just stayed here this past weekend and would definitely come back! We spent days at Universal and took the shuttle provided. Room was clean with a Jacuzzi tub, which was appreciated after days of walking in the park. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I Just returned from Orlando and the Point Orlando Resort hotel this week we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were more than courteous, and the rooms were spacious the pool was lovely. The breakfast was excellent every morning it helped that it was included in the price of the stay. We would return no problem. Thank you.

Went here on a business trip. The amenities like the jacuzzi and the full kitchen were great however some of the appliances and jets of the jacuzzi didn't work. Needs to do some upgrades. Plus the power went out on one of the three nights I stayed there. Otherwise they had great staff and the amenities were worth the price. I'd stay here again.

The room we stayed in was super nice and well decorated. Our view was awesome too. They have a breakfast plan where you can pay for breakfast for the days your staying there. Its worth it in my opinion. It was nice to get up, have a good breakfast and then go out. The staff was friendly and helpful and I find myself missing it often.

The rooms are very well equipped, we had 8 family members in our party and we had more than enough room, it was also great to go between rooms without having to go by the hallway. Great customer service. I highly recommend

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The lobby is very comfortable and newly remodeled. Great pool with plenty of seating. The rooms, and everything else, was very clean. The only reason I'm leaving a four star review is the lack of attention to detail on the rooms. The general contractor that remodeled the rooms should have spent a little more time prepping before painting. Also, the shower heads are made for people less than six feet tall.

I would stay here again, actually I plan to, and I would recommend this to friends and family.

Very nice rooms, pool and overall impression. But what will make us stay there again was the incredible service from a lovely young lady at the reception desk. She helped us rebook our rental car from Kissimmee to Orlando which enabled us to get a bigger car. It really saved the rest of our trip. Don't remember her name but if you read this, thank you!

Me and my boyfriend just stood here for 4 nights. The staff is AMAZING. Bianca, Lisa and Sara the bartender were so nice and helpful, made us feel at home. The beds were so comfortable and we had gotten a pool side view thanks to Bianca. Food was very good as well. 5 mins from universal parks, and this hotel provides transportation at certain times if needed to get to parks or shopping outlets. Good for couples and families, everyone in fact! I would stay here again, we were so sad to leave. The staff really makes you feel like you've known them for a lifetime.

Our first stay at The Point and I would certainly stay again! Upon entry to the lobby, you're embraced with fresh clean air conditioning. All through the facility was fresh clean air. No staleness anywhere. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was exceptionally clean and fresh. Full kitchen stocked with untensils-- thumbs up!! The bathroom was really nice with really hot water!! We had the one bedroom suite which was spacious enough for two. One bathroom would make it a little challenging for more than two people but doable. (The sofa folds out into a bed) This location is a keeper on my list!
