This hotel was a major disappointment. While it looks good from the outside, the staff and service erode what should be a good experience. Our problems touched most areas of the hotel from the moment we tried to check in. Our "early check in" was finally confirmed about 4pm but staff then discovered plumbing problems so we had to move again. Broken phone, jammed doors, grubby kitchen, incorrect advice and a sales office and that is more interested in selling timeshare than answering questions is just the tip of the iceberg. There's probably 50 better places to stay within a five minute drive. A great example of what could have been.

Hotel was worth the price. We stayed one night, and had a shuttle included in the price to/from the universal city walk. Jose was so nice. We saw the youre welcome were updating the mattresses when we arrived, but the had smaller than normal pillows. We are used to standard to king pillows so we had to get a bunch of pillows to equate to the regular ones. One small con was the size of the bathroom on the king suites. Boy was it small. Good thing we weren’t spending a lot of time in the bathroom. Also breakfast is not included, and it was 9.99/pp. overall not a bad stay for the price.

A nice clean place to stay! Friendly staff and very accommodating. The restaurant has a breakfast buffet for $9.95. Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, oatmeal, juice.etc. Not bad for all you can eat. Good tasting food as well. No need to go elsewhere where you'll pay this, probably more at Denny's/IHOP. Overall a great stay very close to the airport.

This location has to me one of the finest I have visited. The staff at this location is exemplary. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are luxurious, the beds are extremely comfortable, the food in the bar is very tasty, the pool and spas are clean and just the right temperatures. I have nothing but compliments for this location. I am planning a trip in the summer of 2019 to take all of my children and grandchildren to the theme parks, this is now the hotel where I am making our reservations. The basket of towels on the bathroom sink is one of the cutest things I've seen in a hotel in quite awhilejust sayin :)

Safe, clean, comfortable, convenient - everything I was looking for. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant's food was delicious. The little shop had all kinds of great stuff to keep everyone happy and healthy. The shuttle to Universal Studios was easy to use and a nice perk. I slept well - which I don't always do in a new location, so that speaks well of the room's comfort. Great location, very much worth the price.

The hotel, rooms and amenities were clean and well taken care of. The entire staff were friendly and more than helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel if going to Universal. They have the shuttle that brings you to and from the park. Overall great experience

Close to the parks so it's in the ideal location. Really inexpensive compared to the hotels around it. Rooms were nice but not the best. Bed was comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our visit to the hotel today was not to stay in a room, but to actually rent a vehicle. We live in the area, and had an accident, and while our car is being repaired, we will be using this car that we rented from the car rental at the hotel. So as far as that whole experience was, we had absolutely no issues. From what we saw in the hotel and are very brief experience there, that was all so pleasant. The lobby is beautiful and gives off a very modern and inviting vibe.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days while visiting the parks. It's in such a great location, a 20 minute walk or $7 uber ride to universal studios. They also offer a shuttle to the park and have a guest services counter that helps you book tickets for the parks, and even express passes. They have a great size pool and 2 hot tubs with different temperatures, plus an area behind the pool with hammocks and sofas to relax. There's a cafe open until midnight that serves food like pizza and sandwiches as well as beverages. All of the staff was friendly and they even let us check out an hour late at no cost because we woke up late! I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a fairly central location between the parks and the airport. Really close by to shopping locations and restaurants. Given the lower price point, the rooms were really good. Everything was clean, just a bit dated. The hotel has a decent pool and gym as well. I was just staying here for the evening before I flew out of Orlando, but if I could get the same price ($70ish) I would definitely stay there if I were vacationing in Orlando.

This hotel is a wonderful choice for its price. Everything was just perfect. The receptionist was very friendly to accommodate my special request of early check-in and early check-out. The room is very clear and it has every thing: refrigerator, coffee maker, fast internet, and many others. I strongly recommend this hotel! Chris from Florida

The staff made us amazing towel sculptures that were better than the various cruise ships we had been on! Nice large pool and friendly staff. Close to the theme parks/free shuttle available from the hotel. Good value for us.

Decent hotel, had an issue with hot water in the shower and they sent someone immediately to fix it. There is no breakfast included, but it's available at the attached restaurant for an additional cost. There is also a Universal Studios ticket counter and they were able to print off the tickets I had already bought. They offer a free shuttle to and from City Walk/ Universal. We didn't use it but they have a pool and 2 hot tubs.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Orlando. The room was the perfect size for our family of 5 and they even offered a crib for our little one. We we're impressed by the breakfast buffet (loved the waffle maker). Overall we had a great experience there. The only complaint we had, as Dr Pepper drinkers, was that none of the vending machines or the hotel coolers had Dr Pepper for sale. We made due though.
