This hotel is right on the beginning of the party road, but our room 315 was very quiet. The windows are not on the streetside. The kitchenette, the bath and the furnitue are very modern. The bed is very comfortable. The only thing i cam mention is, that there are some old screwholes in the wall next to the tv, witch weren't fixed yet. Looks a little bit crazy. Although the beach area, witch is located about 100m away from the hotel, called savoy beach club, is a great place to relax. You will get 2 sunchairs for each room. The parasol is 19usd per day. Jodelle was our serviceman there, he was very friendly and helpfull.

Very very friendly and helpful hotel staff! Our bags got delayed due to a cancelled flight, and we were staying at a condo complex nearby without lobby and gave the airline the address of the hotel for delivery instead. The Bentley was really helpful and even contacted us when our bags finally arrived. Plus the hotel looks really nice and its location is great - we'll stay there next time :)

The finishes could use some updating, but overall it's a nice place. Free happy hour drinks. Nice pool. Kitchenettes in each room.

Not a bad place if you want to be right by the beach. Amazing view of the Ocean from the Roof and Pool! However
The facility is outdated and needs some repairs. Half the lights in the room didn't work, broken tile floors all over the room, and the bathroom had a lot of issues!
Our room wasn't cleaned very well. When walking around the room we had to wash our feet before getting into bed. Lots of dust bunnies!
The staff was very friendly in person and offered good options for places to visit in the area. However, if you could reach them on the phone they were rude and inconsiderate. We saw them repeatedly not answer the phone when in the reception area.
The place seems to be oriented to young party people who don't plan on spending time in the rooms. They offer a glass of champagne during check-in. They give a free drink during Happy Hour each day 4-6 pm on the roof top bar stand. Also the mini bar is filled with full size bottles of liquor and champagne
Not quite what we were looking for but made the most of our stay. If the later was what your into, then the price is right!response / report this review -

Very nice room. Unfortunately no outside view. Everything seemed clean. We did have a small leak in ceiling but it was minimal. Would go back. Rooftop bar and pool were nice. Located just enough away from the riff raff but close enough to get into it all by walking.

I'm usually not a very picky person but this hotel was far below the standards I would expect for South Beach on the strip. The furniture in the Room was all very worn out and truly appeared as if it was purchased from a thrift store, all of the Items were scratched dented and torn. The Room also had very few amenities such as for towels for a Room with sleeping for 4. I have to blame all of the things I found wrong with this hotel on management and ownership. I gave it 2 stars simply because the staff was pleasant, especially the bellhop, he was very pleasant and tried to be very helpful. I hope management steps up so I can remove this rating.

Our stay started out just fine but after day one turned not so great! My husband surprised with a three night stay for my birthday on the second night we could not get into our room at all nobody could! This not only held up our night but made us VERY Late to an event we already paid for! The desk manage had little to no help and it took at least 45-1 hour to find a hard key to get into the room. The third night today we come back after a day out and stilllllllll have no access to our room nor is the room cleaned. The manager Russell told us over the phone earlier that day that the door was fixed. At this point I choose to speak with him over the phone- the care/customer service from him was very unaccommodating as if this was our fault and he was doing us a favor to offer a minimal discount. When we asked for the corp number he claimed he doesn't have it which I know is a lie. This has been extremely inconvenient, last night (night 2) after the hard key was finally found we had to be escorted to our room every time we came back!!! Like seriously!?!?! Never were we offered a new room.
Sorry I wish I could say this hotel experience made my Birthday trip wonderful but that would be far from the truth. I just want it to be made right. This is not the way I wanted to spend my birthday especially not the night of my birthday Russell you have to do better sir.

Best stay ever. Carlos at the front desk was second to none! We stayed an extra night at the list price. We were in the Pent house Suite with the outdoor beach front ocean view! Veiws to live for! Will be back very soon

I must admit, I wasn't completely 100% sure how I would like my stay at the Bentley Hotel. But from the time we arrived ( which was 5 hrs before check in) the valet and front desk clerk treated me with the up most comfort and respect. I forget the front desk clerk name ( I think it was Carlos) but he recommended a breakfast restaurant on 7th and Collins ( amazing) and a restaurant called Crazy About You ( A must place to dine) for dinner. My room was upgraded to the Penthouse which I must say was absolutely more than I thought. I have already made reservations to come back and stay here at the Bentley in October. I definitely give this hotel staff and room accommodations 5 Stars.

I had a very good experience here. The rooms are cozy, very clean and the kitchenette is definitely a plus. The staff was great especially Miguel Toledo! He was very informative, extremely nice, helpful and funny. His mannerism was very genuine. I will return soon!

Such a friendly place. The rooms are like apartments. Marcelo the front desk manager was amazing! Hands down most helpful worker I've seen in my hotel days. He gave me help last minute help with a vacancy when I was in a bind. 5 stars for sure. This place is a gem and I will stay here every time I'm in South Beach.
