If you love miniatures at all you will love this place. And also art lovers will like it since each piece is a mini work of art

Turns out this kind of experience isn't really for me. I didn't realize how much miniature is associated with doll houses. Not all kids are going to enjoy this; my nephew didn't. The atmosphere was a little on the dark side (like a poorly lit attic filled with old stuff that might be haunted.) But my sister really enjoyed it because she always wanted a doll house. And don't get me wrong, this place is filled with some impressive workmanship. Just didn't realize how much of the experience is about doll houses.

I visited with my toddler on a Halloween event and we had a great experience. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating, made us feel very welcome even with a impatient small child. The miniatures are amazing, so many details. We particularly loved the Enchanted Realm, the little mice in the tree really spoke to me, absolutely adorable, and my son was fascinated with the snow village under the glass on the floor, he crawled all over it and took his time there. It's a really great place for kids of all ages.

What a fun and inspirational museum. The talent and patience it must have taken to create each and every exhibit is astounding. Tucson is lucky to have such a gem!

This is the best kept secret in Tucson. An amazing place where you can get lost for hours in the mini world's they have created here. Kids and adults, very cool place to spend and afternoon.

Small, but interesting. Staff suggested 1.5hrs to see the museum but it's only three small rooms. I could see how you could spend that amount of time, but I don't think it's necessary.

Absolutely amazing, had so much fun and felt like a little kid seeing all these handmade, beautifully crafted minitures of houses and people and animals. The gift shop itself was really great and had so many cute things to buy! A great place to take your friends and family to!

A fun place to visit to get a break fron the sun! 7yr old and 4 Yr old daughters loved it. They had a ball hunting for the 5 fairies. My husband and I really enjoyed the miniatures. Girls had a lot of fun being creative in the craft room (every Thursday in July).

A one-of-a-kind museum experience! Do not visit Tucson without stopping here, and don't live here without dropping in at least once a year - especially around the Holidays!

This was an awesome family outing. We had an 87 year old with orthopedic challenges and a busy five year-old. Amazing collections beautifully staged with background narratives.

Great family museum. Perfect for small children, who will be amazed at the city under the glass floor. Very interesting for adults, with a large number of elegant and well-crafted Victorian doll houses. We bought a season pass for our kids and love to take them and the grandkids here each time we visit them.

Pretty amazing collection, and a fun place to bring kids. They even have a craft monthly for kids and parents to enjoy. Patient docents and staff, and a wonderful place to spend a couple hours just looking at such interesting creations. I marveled at the creativity and meticulous detail that is involved in each piece. A great treasure in Tucson.
