Reasonable prices to adopt their animals. I picked up a cute 5 month old kitten and was amazed at the fee. I'll be helping them out since they are so generous and house so many animals.

This place was just okayit is getting much better for transitioning animals. Registering our two rescue dogs was quick. FYI: They don't open till noon.

The place was nice but very unorganized and complained when we wanted to see the dog we reserved. After we finally brought her home we realized she wasn’t even the same dog as we played with and took pictures with at the shelter! RIDICULOUS! This place has a good intent but couldn’t even give us the right dog which is the whole purpose- to give dogs to the good right home!!!!

It's a sad place because there's so many dogs that need attention and not nearly enough staff and volunteers to help out. But what staff they have are excellent and really do care about the animals. Make sure you get as much information as you can so you can get a good fit.

One of the saddest places I have ever been to in my life. I wanted to take them alI home. I'm so grateful that this place is there and the workers are trying to save people's discarded and neglected pets. We got a terrific dog a few days ago from here. It was my first time ever going there. I have decided that I will only have rescue dogs in the future.

I mean, how do u rate a shelter that you know kill healthy pets? I believe they do the best that they can.They do need more staff on the floor that can take a dog out for a meet and greet. It's us the people that contribute to this horror place. Please spay and neuter and adopt don't shop!

Uncaring and rough with my elderly dog. Last Sunday our 13 1/2 year old Toy Fox Terrier had a stroke. She couldn't walk or eat. We knew that she was at the end. We brought her to PACC to be put down. It took some time to be seen. We had to wait outside. It's the middle of July. That was harsh for the pets as well as the people. We were called into the lobby. The man who helped us was very pleasant and kind. A woman came in with a kennel. She told us to put our dog in there when we were ready but seemed annoyed that we didn't right away. She said "sorry" but it was so lame and insincere she might as well have said nothing at all. When I put our dog in the cage the woman picked it up quickly. This caused my dog to fall. I had told her that my dog couldn't stand because she'd had a stroke. She didn't care. I was *extremely* angry. Then they *REFUSED TO LET US TO GO BACK WITH OUR DOG TO BE WITH HER UNTIL THE END!* That absolutely broke my mom's heart. Our dog was her little shadow. PACC didn't used to be like that. Momma took our 16 year old hound dog there when it was his time. The staff was SO caring. They were by my mom's side, holding her hand and even crying with her. I'm extremely disappointed in the decline in service.

I found the staff at the clinic to be very caring, understanding, and respectful of my pain as well as the my cats. They made a very bad situation as bearable as could be expected. I appreciated that very much. The following day I had called to get the results of his exam. The lady on the phone had to deliver the worst news possible. She was companionate and comforting in her delivery. Answered all of my questions and expressed her condolences.
Excellent service from everyone.

If you're thinking about a dog or cat coming into your home forever, consider adoption. All kinds of breeds and ages, reasonable adoption fees and they are already fixed, up to date on shots, and examined by a vet.

They couldn't drive 45 minutes to help a dog get his seizure meds. Guess they just want money. Screw the animals.
