Loved watching a movie here. Impeccably clean and amazing customer service. A beautiful, stadium seating cinema. Parents may choose to have their children enjoy their daycare on premises. They could benefit from reducing salt on their popcorn.

Harkins Theater is reasonably priced for seniors. The theater is clean, t h e staff friendly, and moderately priced snacks and drinks. Millenialls probably stay home and stream these movies. My wife and I enjoy going out to see a movie and t h en get something good to eat. Take the risk and enjoy yourselves!

I don't come to this one often and mostly because of the same reason that happened again today. Because it is located in such a large outdoor mall area parents seem to buy tickets for their kids for movies PG-13 to Rated R then the parents leave to shop. So once again there were two kids definitely not 13 talking and yelling the whole movie even with being told to be quiet. I don't know who the nice female manager was but I know I didn't approach her in the most calm manner but did appreciate her coming in to shut the little kids up for the remainder of the movie. Still an awful experience and most likely won't be back.

Great customer service! Walked right up to the ticket window, was greeted warmly, and purchased tickets easily without waiting very long. Lines moved quickly and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I am not one to trust people with my child, so I was very weary about leaving my daughter in the playcenter, but the childcare providers made me feel so secure. My daughter had a blast, and can't stop talking about how much fun she had. They give unlimited popcorn and water, have tons of toys/books, and an absolutely wonderful staff. Can't wait to go back!

Good staff. Clean theater. Seating spacing is decent sized. While they don't have luxury seating they are comfortable and not cramped.

Great theater, helpful staff. I love that this location has a kid zone.
I also like the summer movie packages this theater has. It's nice to be able to take my kids to the theater each week during the summer.

Terrible crew, the seats set dirty. It was hot in the theater. The floors were sticky super ghetto and bothersome, get a new crew. People don't want to pay money for misery.

I really want to like this cinema, but it's become almost impossible to enjoy a movie at Tucson Spectrum Harkins. People talk loudly and distract with phone screens at full brightness. The management does next to nothing to protect the customers' experience. The majority of the audience members are put in this awkward position of pleading for others to not interrupt the movie. A few ejections here and there would do a lot to send a message that the rest of us are customers paying to see a movie, not hear your lame conversations. But the Harkins Spectrum staff is too nonchalant or lazy to confront bad customers who drive away their good customers

I seriously have to drive across town to other theatres if I want to watch a movie in peace.

I absolutely love Harkins. Its over 40 minutes away from my home but I still prefer it over the other 3 theatres in my area. Harkins values their customers so much with all the different loyalty perks they offer (ie: loyalty cups, popcorn shirts). Plus they make switching tickets to different times or movies really easy.

I have been to Harkins Spectrum 18 several times now, and every time, the service is always quick, professional, and friendly. The theater is clean and well-staffed during busy and off hours. Also, their guest services center was very understanding and offered a refund when I told them that the subs were out in the movie I was watching one time (a few others had apparently already brought it to their attention by that point). I highly recommend Harkins Spectrum 18!

Buy the Loyalty shirt and get a free Medium popcorn when you wear it to the theater (upgrades to L or XL cheap, AND 1 free refill w/ L or XL). Buy the loyalty cup and get a refill each time for $1.5. Great popcorn. Great Service. Always clean. We drive to this theater even though the Green Valley cinema is closer.
