I went to Apple store on Saturday at noon, just to look around with no expectations of getting any help. Pleasantly surprised that although they were busy , I was met by a greeter within 30 seconds, who asked what I was interested in and she quickly had a personal associate who explained the pros and cons of every iPhone and iwatch. for the next half hour with no pressure to even buy anything. A thoroughly enjoyable and informative experience.
Went in with a simple crack in screen. Given a two hr window for repair. Went back and screen was worse and now could not even use the phone at all when it worked before. All my unsaved photos are lost. Got a new phone there and it has static. One of the reps was a real b also. I will never go back there and will likely not ever buy anything apple again.
Too busy to give good service. Had to go through 5 different people and explain everything each time. Got harrassed for sitting at the wrong table. Make an appointment first or don't bother.
Very upset about the way my lady and I where treated at this site. Came in at 6:00pm and tried many times without any luck to get a sales associates attention. After 30min. of being ignored I finally get a lady to speak to us. She said someone would be with us in a moment. Another 15min. goes by and the same lady finally come back to speak to us. She says that she can not help us as it is close to 7:00pm when they close and that the earliest she can set us up with an appointment would be 5 days away. My lady informs her that this is just a simple swap out of an old phone and that her current one is not working. The lady says come in tomorrow and we can help you with that. You might need to wait several hours. I am unhappy about not getting help for such a long amount of time then being talked down to by the associate. This experience has made me loose faith in not only the Apple Store but also Apple products in general. I will no longer be upgrading to the iPhone X but instead buying the Galaxy note 8.
Great service, great environment! They were busy but you can’t blame them for that, the service was great and as fast as you can be with 50 people knocking down your doors. I got to the store 20 minutes before they opened and 3 employees were standing outside taking down names and phone issues before the doors opened to speed things up!
NO STARS, The Customer Service is horrible, the reps are so rude, they don't even try making their customer happy, they made me go to the store 4 times, not realizing what people have to do to get there because its the only store in Tucson. Then when you ask for a Supervisor, the supervisor never shows up. I Loved Apple, but ask me now I think the service is terrible, and I did not like the I phone 7 at all. The Main home button is so sensitive and does not work as it should, They should of left the push button like the 6 version, and Removing the AUX was a terrible idea, you cant charge and use headphones at the same time unless you purchase an extra adaptor, and then if you use the Bluetooth it waists you battery faster, so im very unsatisfied with APPLE up to this point.
Customer service is always great! The employees are super helpful and always answer all of my questions, and I really get the sense that they want to make sure I'm satisfied. I've honestly never had a bad experience here. I only wish they were open a little later.
I have no idea how, but the customer service at the store is incredible. You wouldn't believe how many people are in the store at one time. It seems almost like there's nowhere to walk in the middle of the day or at popular times. Even during new product releases the staff is always friendly, always ready to help, and seem extremely knowledgeable. If you go to the Apple Store frequently, employees often will call you by your first name and even skip this sign in process for Genius Bar appointment (How is that even possible when they see like 200 people a day?!). Although wait times can be painfully slow, I have been able to keep myself entertained because there's always a new device sitting out to play with. Not going to lie, I have been frustrated at times when Genius Bar appointments don't go the way I want. I've also gotten irritated during the holiday season because it seems nearly impossible to move around the store or even look at products. That being said, I have to give credit to the employees that manage chaos day in and day out well somehow remaining kind, helpful, and honest.
Often times it can be challenging to flag down a rep simply because Apple stores are usually packed full of people. While the store was extremely busy at 11am, I had no difficulty getting assistance from a very personable and knowledgeable sales rep, he was helpful, unrattled and got me on my way quickly! Beautiful store in a gorgeous high end shopping center!
Waited over two hours , then they proceeded to tell me all the trouble shooting I did for my phone wasnt right, so that they must troubleshoot first , only to find out none of that worked either.who would of thought after waiting 3 hours now they wanted to argue about changing the phone out but they wanted to just fix almost just better of driving to Phoenix
After driving for 1 hour and 15 minutes to take my computer in to get fixed, I was told that I had to make an appointment before they would look at my computer. Now trying to find a place on the web site to make an appointment is impossible. I know there are many smart young people at these stores who prefer to help other young people but it would be good if there were a way to know the rules before driving there. It would also be nice to find a nice person willing to help. I was not impressed by the service or by the employees who are working to service!
