Staff was friendly and helpful. We initially got placed in a room that was different from what we had booked, but they resolved the issue right away. The room was clean, jetted tub in the room was great. Parking is located just across the street, which is convenient considering the location on Miami Beach.

THIS HOTEL IS GARBAGE .
1.NO POOL
2.NO BEACH ACCESS
3ROOM WAS DIRTY FLOOR HAD DRIED SPILLS
4. MOLD GROWING IN THE BATHROOM TUB DIRTY
5.ALL SPANISH STAFF VERY RUDE
ADDITIONALLY MANY HIDDEN FEES NEVER RECIEVED MY DEPOSIT BACK TRIED CALLING EMPLOYEE CAUGHT ATTITUDE AND WANTED TO ARGUE..

It's an okay hotel. I gave it three for location and closeness to the beach. Basically right in your backyard type of deal. Once a you walk out to the pool area you're at the beach! House cleaning services were horrible. Our rooms weren't cleaned until out 2nd day. Picked up towels 3rd day. Breakfast is $10. We ate across the street which was way cheaper. Parking is about $20/day. Not very very friendly but maybe thats just the Miami atmosphere. No iron in our rooma. No ice. Wificonstantly went in and out of range. For the price I definitely would not stay here again.

The hotel and rooms were much smaller than we expected. The pictures are a little misleading but overall it was pretty nice. The pros were the distance from the beach (literally right behind it), it was recently renovated so everything in the room was really nice. Great location since it's close to the beach, and walking distance from shops, bars, and great places to eat. Good for a couple but not for a family.
The cons were pretty thin walls. The people in the room next to us had loud arguments and we could hear every word. Also we were annoyed that even though some of the websites where I researched the hotel mentioned free continental breakfast, we were charged $10 per person. The breakfast offerings were pretty slim. It would have cost less to walk down the street to Ihop and get actual food. For what we paid for the hotel, it wasn't bad.response / report this review -

This "hotel" was sold to me thru hotwire for a 3+ star hotel. This "thing" is everything else but a 3* hotel. Awful place! Avoid it at any price!
